“Well I ordered an item, paid extra for 1-2 day delivery money went immediately not a reply to any emails and three weeks later not a sign! Thank goodness for PayPal Personally! I believe not a good company”

“Absolutely awful customer service, I paid for 1-2 day delivery and it came after 5 days. My 1st email was ignored my 2nd email requesting my delivery fee was refunded as it had been 4 days and I hadn't even had a dispatch email. I had an email response with just hermes and the tracking number, no apologie or acknowledgement of my refund request. I have emailed twice since and again had no response. I will never purchase from here again nor would I recommend them.”

“Absolutely awful customer service. I paid the extra for 1-2 working days delivery, but the items were not posted until day 3. They omit to tell you that this includes an extra 2 days there end. I have emailed, messaged and called numerous times and no one ever comes back. I will never be using this company again!”

“Ordered two items on 7th May (money taken from bank) and still no sign of items. Have rung numerous times however no one picks up and emails and messenger contact is just ignored. Please do not give this company your money.”

“Cancelled the order within two minutes of placing it. Despite two mails and asking for refund, NO RESPONSE. Will not buy anymore from SM Direct. Will take it further with EBay and pay pal.”

“Bought a set of lights. When they arrived they were broken. I was told to send them at an additional cost to myself. I sent them tracked and they were accepted. The seller has not refunded me as promised and has ignored all my messages. Stay away from this company!”

“Goods ordered but as with many other customers no goods received money taken from account. SM do not acknowledge any communication claim started with Pay Pal. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“I ordered two tube lights, but have not received them. I have sent two emails to the seller and have received no reply. Thankfully I paid via PayPal, so am now pursuing a refund via them.”

“Ordered lamps on 8 May 2019 with email acknowledgment. Since then nothing. No reply to 2 emails so I will have to raise an issue with PayPal to get my money back. Avoid at all costs”

“Dreadful company! Have never replied to many emails. Never delivered my order. I had to claim my money back via PayPal, which I received & never a word from this company in the way of apology or explanation. Steer well clear of them, they seem cheap but all they do is keep your money ^ ignore you completely. Thank goodness for PayPal!”
