Sorry about the confusion but you were charged in USD not CAD or AUD. That’s the reason you see different amounts. The currency is very clear in the checkout page maybe you’ve missed it.

I’m real sorry about that, but there’s a bug with riot’s servers. All you need to do to fix the issue is to go to Collections tab -> Show unowned Champions and then just buy from there.
