“Your shipping service is not acceptable. 2 weeks of meals getting loat yet yall are quick to take my money. Your service reps are jaded, uncaring and robotic. I choose your service because I'm diabetic. It's not reliable. We had 2, 12 meal plans but had to cancel. Very upset.”

“It’s very average food. I do like it, it’s simple and easy. I wish it was a little cheaper as I don’t think each meal is worth as much as it says. But overall it’s decent.”

“Never have had any issues with delivery, and all the meals have been delicious. Simple and easy app to use as well. Perfect for lunch at work and no need to cook or meal prep over the weekend!”

“Nothing compares to “not having to give a thought” to dinner. It’s on time, it’s fresh and good. There are tried and true menu favorites, but I try something new each week. The app is super easy to change menu items and manage other stuff. It’s so convenient and such a stress reliever that to me, the return is huge. Plus I pick all my favorites, so I pretty much always have what I want. I think the prices are super fair. And no shipping. You need add ons, lite items it’s an easy lift for $20 week.”

“As first time parents with a super active toddler, not having to think about cooking healthy meals throughout the week is great. The meals get delivered and we know what we will be eating throughout the week, and just knowing that we are going to have super healthy meals ready for us without any prep or cooking time just helps alleviate so much stress!”

“Honestly I prefer Territory foods much more. The sauces in Snap Kitchen tend to mix together in transit and often leak out into the box and all over the containers as well. I've gotten about 6 or 7 shipments and they are all the same. The packaging needs to be better and I'm not sure what they can do about the mac and cheese getting all over everything else in the containers. The boxes aren't clearly marked as perishable or "this end up" so I believe they are prioritized by Fed Ex and they are thrown around a lot in transit which could also lead to the leaking. Also the chicken is often rubbery and not edible. The customer support is super nice and supportive. I just wish the quality and packaging was better.”
