“Though I have had issues with shipping and meals being broken. I absolutely love snap and the meals! I miss having the store front here in Chicago but I’m glad I can still have shipped meals! Keep up the great work! I’d love to see more meals being created more often for shipments.”

“Been a little disappointed with the meals this time around. I used snap kitchen before and enjoyed the meals plus never had issues with the meals leaking during shipment. This time around I haven’t been as excited with the meals. Some are a bit spicier than I remember and The salmon I received this week tasted off and seemed less cooked than the week prior. Giving it one more week with some different meals to see if that makes a difference and how they arrive.”

“Packaging leaks. Meals appear to be a lot smaller than last year. The chicken tenders were the size of my thumb, isn't even enough for a child. Why aren't there more options for my location?”

“Love the meals! Shipping has been good, except the boxes are getting tipped and sometimes it kind of a mess. Maybe printing "this side up" on the top of the box? Other than that, I am loving the meals!”

“The food is delicious, better than any meal plan I’ve had. However, each week is a surprise on how the food comes packaged. A lot of the time there is cracks in 1-2 of the meals. The food also sometimes leaks out of the top of the containers, I wish there was a better way to keep it a little cleaner.”

“The food is VERY good and affordable -- which is great! The customer service has gotten worse since I've been a customer. My last two emails were never returned, and the time before that, it took the better part of a week to get a response. I wish the portion sizes were slightly bigger -- I often feel a little hungry afterwards. I also wish there was slightly more selection, especially in the most healthy meals, including chicken-based dishes and protein-heavy dishes. All that said, I've subscribed to three different meal delivery services in the based two years, and this is by far the best.”

“Everything we have had has been delicious! We were using another meal delivery and when we switched to Snap Kitchen, we instantly knew we made the right choice. The food is fresh, tasty and very convenient for a busy life style.”
