Poor quality of frame assembly. Four of the six in the set came broken, frame is very brittle. Disappointed, I will never buy from this site ever again.

I primed the filtre 3 times then 3 more times after no water would pass through the filtre? I bought this because a friend has one and swears it works great but mine wont pass water through the filtre??

The gasket that was sent was the wrong size. I ordered 1/8 and received 1/16

Item was received broken. No damage to the parcel so it must have been shipped broken.
