Requested a refund and still waiting on our money , 13 emails later they not picking up calls and refuse to send any proof of refund🤔😡”
“my product was delivered two weeks ago thus far i had no refund. promises are made by Shaun and Dorothy but nothing has been done. no responses on Monday and Fridays seems they dont work. you cant call them as they only provide email address. they steal your money, quick to sell products but when products are returned your money draws interest for their benefit and client has to beg for a refund. UNPROFESSIONAL WILL NOT ADVISE TO SHOP ON SNATCHER ONLINE!!”
“Never again will I order from them. Got a mobile blender that doesn't work. Shoe bag that is falling apart, looks like it was sewn with feet rather than hands. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because I liked the airfryer. They take forever to deliver. It was my first and last time.”

Bought an airfryer at Snatcher, My order took about 15-20days , when i finally received it there was no manual in box, i tried to down load a manual to save myself effort , to my surprise the model they send me is not available on any website, anyway I then requested a manual, first they tell me i need to check properly in the box (seriously), then eventually they send me 3 pages that i could have typed out myself scans was upside down, this is so unprofessional, i read a few reviews on this particular item , all negative reviews and no one ever got a manual for this item. makes me wonder does Snatcher sell clone items -will never buy from them again.”
“I have ordered stuffs 3months ago about 10 items only received 3items. They say all the other stuffs are not Instock.Si we arranged for my refund and banking details. I send everything but still no answer on my refund or mess to say. And they refuse to answer calls as if they blacklist ure number to not answer it bcause they answer all other new numbers. Very incompetent company and very upset with them if I don't get reply I will take snatcher up further.”
