I ordered an Item in February of this year and and have still not received this item. I emailed them to ask about the item and the response I received did not apologise or state that this would be investigated they simple just stated “why have you not contacted us in 7 months”. Is it the responsibility of the customer to ensure that an item is dispatched or is that the company’s responsibility?To be honest simple telling me that they will look into this and showing that they care about me as a customer would have been hugely appreciated. I am more angry at how little effort they put into responding to my email and it is very clear that they never at any point were going to help. I would like a refund because I did not receive the item and they know that it was not received. I will not recommend this company to anyone and it is evident from other reviews that their customer service team are not committed to leaving all customers satisfied, they have no interest in reaching resolution.”

“First time I ordered something I had to return back to Sweden from the U.K. for £20! I asked for a partial refund but was completely ignored.
Second time I ordered something and tried to cancel the order after less then half a day. They told me the ordered had already processed. Ok not a problem, once I receive the item I’ll have to return for another £20! My mistake!
While looking at my transactions I noticed they have charged me double for something I only ordered once! I’ve read other reviews and this has happened to others!
Other thing is that it states you to put your order number in the returns sheet, but the company doesn’t even provide you with a order number! Not on the website account nor the official app site!
What a complete joke! For such a highly reputable company I’m in total shock! I hope this reaches all the major corporate businesses that deal with them and decide for them to boycott sns!”

Returned a wrong size back to Sweden, they wouldn't pay either for shipping nor for the customs (£12) so I have to get them send back and try to resell. Their costumer service initially promised me to sort the customs then never replied and didn't solve anything.
The Customer support stopped answering my phone calls and the one email response I got in 1 week after spamming them with emails was useless since the guy was very ill informed about my case.
Bottomline is that I paid 25£ for trying shoes on and lost 69£ because they won't pay for customs in order to receive and refund me.
Do not support this company!!!!”
“Wrong size trainers sent to me. No returns label provided so I spent £14.50 on a tracked return to the Swedish address provided. I contacted their customer service team asking for the postage cost to be refunded by them and “Joel” from their customer service team flat out refused despite the fact it was their fault the wrong trainers were sent, they provided no returns options and a proof of postage was provided by me with a receipt. I have followed up and it’s been 15 days of radio silence. Appalling customer service. To add insult to injury they also said they couldn’t contact their warehouse team to arrange for the correct size be shipped out so I must wait on a refund on the trainers and order again. £14.50 out of pocket (for their mistake) plus the cost of the trainers which are yet to be replaced or refunded.”

“I bought a pair of shoes as a gift but they ended up being the wrong size and so I tried to return them. I eneded up having to pay close to $30 to ship them back and they recieved the return on November 10th, 2020 and as of today December 15th, 2020 I have yet to hear anything from SNS about processing my return. I have emailed them numerous times and only get a generic "we will get to your order" message everytime. I have called the hot line and nobody ever answers. At this point I am going to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. This is absolutely ridiculous!”
“I ordered from sneakersnstuff and after 12 days my package arrived, the shoes were the wrong size, I sent them back to be exchanged and it took a week for them return to the warehouse. It has now been 12 days since they arrived at the warehouse and I have received no notifications whatsoever. I have not gotten a refund or notice that the right size shoes are being sent to me. The shipping cost me $20 and it still has taken this long which is ridiculous. I emailed the company about my issued and 2 days later got what appeared to be an automated response about how to return an item. I am very unsatisfied with this company and feel that I might never get my money back or the shoes that I ordered. Not a timely or worth the cheaper prices.”
“On the website of Sneakersnstuff.com (SNS) I saw an offer of 25% discount if you ordered two sale items. After placing multiple items in the shopping cart, the calculation idd showed a 25% discount. Unfortunately, during checkout, I did not pay close attention to the amount that was debited from my account. Upon receiving the confirmation email, it turned out that I had not received the 25%.
Report this directly to SNS. After three days I received the answer that they do not make refunds and do not settle discounts afterwards, but that I could cancel the order. I requested this by email, when there was no response, so the order was finally delivered. Then I filed a complaint about the hallways, but SNS does not approach me in any way. SNS has lost me as a customer and I will not recommend them to others.”
“I will never buy from sneakersnstuff again. I ordered two pairs of shoes, one did not suit me and I requested to change the number. I had to send the return at my expense (30 euros) I waited a month and I did not receive any exchange since, obviously, after all the time I waited the larger number was sold out. shameful to pay the return costs to be paid by the buyer if then you can not even make the change. slow service, non-existent customer support as they never answer the phone.
On a purchase of 250 euros to charge shipping costs is absurd. never again, thanks.”
