“Worst service I have ever had, placed order for Wales Bonner trainers, two weeks ago, heard nothing from them, just that my order was accepted. Yesterday I got an email saying they had an internal error and now I have had my order cancelled. Item is now sold out everywhere, and they had these trainers in stock on their website for well over a week after I ordered. 1/2 items is still in stock on the website, which they say are out of stock? Do not use this company, awfully unreliable. I have also need to signs of a refund. All I want is my order fulfilled.”

“SNS took my money, but their faulty website went down and are claiming that “the transactions were refused by your bank, so no charges have been made” - a complete lie. As I’ve shown them, both on my online payment transaction and bank account shows that the money was taken out by them. So, not only am I not going to received the item I’ve purchased, they are either lying about not having received my money or have an appalling system where they have no idea which customers have paid what and when. Plus their customer service is awful and extremely slow.

I chose them just taking a chance on them because it’s so hard to get the shoe you want on various US sites after five days I have a credit hold they canceled the Shoe saying that the warehouse made a mistake. “I honestly wouldn’t even leave 1 star, I wish I could just leave 0. This is supposed to be a trusted brand in the streetwear industry but I will never shop here again. First I ordered a sweatshirt and a lip balm on Black Friday and they cancelled my order without saying anything at first. I got my refund before I even got an email from them saying it had been cancelled so the only reason I knew it was cancelled was because a refund randomly appeared in my account. They claimed to have cancelled my order because the lip balm was “expired” so why couldn’t you still send me my hoodie aka the reason I ordered it in the first place? Granted this was Black Friday so my order was 25% off. So they place my hoodie back on their website and it is the only place I can find it so I ordered it again for $20 more because of the no Black Friday anymore. I ordered on the 1st and have yet to get a shipping confirmation and today is the 13th. They will not respond, their phone number doesn’t work, and they say on their website to order by the 14th for Christmas delivery but that seems highly unlikely considering I haven’t gotten my order from the FIRST.”

Somehow an order got placed literally as I was sleeping 3am est, so when I woke up 5am, I saw this and immediately emailed and filed a ticket via the website, and ALSO called the number on the website. No answer to anything. I file a second ticket the following day, still nothing. Then surprise surprise I get an update saying the order has shipped, then I get an email saying sorry can’t cancel but I can PAY to return the shoe. Michael didn’t address the ghost order, didn’t offer a solution, was rude, and will ensure me or my family never spends a penny with this garbage company who doesn’t value business at all. I will be filing a chargeback against this company since Michael utterly refused to help at any point in the process and this order WAS NOT PLCAED BY ME.”

Even if the prices are sometimes tempting, here's my tip: Don't touch it!
Exorbitant shipping and return shipping costs are charged (the former is illegal (!) in the event of cancellation by returning the goods according to EU sales law and the latter is absolutely unusual in online mail order business).
Corresponding emails from the customer are not answered, you just play dead.
I can't legally say anything negative about the authenticity of the goods, but a first haptic impression left clear doubts.
Since the rip-off with the shipping costs means you don't save anything compared to other providers anyway, it's better to buy somewhere else!”
“Extremely disappointed with the "CAMPUS ADIDAS" I purchased on January 24th and received the 26th (how do sneakers from outside of the U.S. be delivered in 2 days is completely bizarre to me). The minute I opened the show box I knew they were FAKE. They have a yellow styrofoam on the flap of the show, the real campus have the words campus on the side, these said NOTHING, the "suade" is discolored and cheap material. I am so upset and I wrote to their "customer service" and have yet to hear anything. I just lost $114 ($10 S&H), what a horrible company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY buying from them!!! Totally shocking , the worst I’ve ever experienced. The company a full of Liers and I’d avoid like the plague …..I bought my son trainers for his Christmas that were £162 which were the wrong trainers so I sent them back on the 9th December 2021 hoping I’d have a refund by Christmas so I can buy the correct trainers that he wanted !!….so here I am today on the 24th January 2022 with still no refund!! ….This company have basically told me lie after lie and I think they have no intention on giving me my £162 back but I’ll take this all the way and it’s now in the hands of my solicitor!!! ⛔️⛔️AVOID AT ALL COSTS ⛔️⛔️
