The recipient has recieved the fruit box today as a birthday gift. However, much to our dismay, they have shared with us that the fruits were overripe and some were even ineable upon arrival.
They have sent us some pictures that we would like to share with you in a separate email. This was a very disappointing experience and we hope that you can do something about it.

However like other companies regional areas can be slower than advised. Recently sent 2 hampers to the mid north coast area and currently they haven’t arrived was due yesterday”

I was disappointed to see that the amount of fruit did not match the photo on the website. It was less and not value for the money I spent. Also the order did not come in the "iconic signature wooden box" as stated on the website”
“Was really disappointed by the packaging used by Snowgoose this Xmas for its cherries. The wooden box previously used added a huge ‘Wow’ factor to our Xmas table. If the photos on the website had shown that the cherries would come in a cardboard box I don’t think I would have purchased from Snowgoose. The cherries themselves were nice.”

“The actual hampers were good, but the customer service was not, we did a bulk order, and some orders had the wrong cards in them, and some had the wrong hamper delivered, very embarrassing for our business.
I was told by 3 customer services reps, not to order cherries as all the rain we had ruined them, and if I order different hampers I will get a discount, due to me wanting to order cherries, this did not happen, when the order was made I was told I could have ordered the cherries, information was not consistent. There was one girl who was helpful in the end and apologetic, but the damage was already done.”
