“I ordered a Christmas gift on 16 December, as a surprise to be delivered on 23 December. When I asked the recipient on Christmas Day about the gift I was told it had not been received. I have phoned and emailed the contact centre but have no resolution as it is closed until 10 Jan. I’m very disappointed.”
“Disappointed with the mango, cherry and lychee box I sent as a gift to my parents. The mango was rotten inside - I can understand that it is difficult to see inside fruit but I emailed to let customer service know and received absolutely no response.”
“Cherries were superb. However, my recipient did not receive the cherries in the advertised signature wooden box. This was disappointing and did detract from the luxuriousness of the gift.”
“My hamper arrived a day late without any notification. I tried calling, sent multiple emails with no response. When I finally spoke to a customer service representative they advised it will be delivered a day late for no valid reason. Very disappointed.”
“I’m sure your product is amazing but your delivery service let you down big time, our Christmas gift was sadly never received by our daughter, as it was left downstairs/ outside an apartment building and she was not notified by email/phone or even an apartment door bell ring notification, an extremely lazy delivery service, but hey who ever picked it up had a great Xmas present and we are still waiting on a refund 🥺”
“I will never order a hamper with snow goose again. There was no tracking system and I have still no idea whether the hamper I purchased was received by the person I bought it for. When I tried to track it down, a lovely lady in the office did help me and did refund my money, to the company’s credit. However no one really seemed to care and everybody was off on Christmas drinks by the time I called on the 23rd and the 24th to track down my hamper. The hamper had been due to arrive on the 20th. An unfortunate experience.”
“I ordered 6 hampers to give to my clients for Christmas and was told from one of my clients that their hamper was full of ants.
I will not be ordering again.”
