Service was fine but not satisfied with the product. The hose started leaking after only a few uses.

The representative that helped me was great. He listened to my concerns and knew the part that was missing from my pressure washer. However, the part was on backorder so he suggested one that would work and it was in stock. I received it as promised in three business days. This is what great customer service should be.

A heavy duty hose sprang a leak. I had the house a year. I called customer service. After a couple of back and forths, the agent said that the hose was still under warranty and sent me a replacement. The whole interaction took less than twenty minutes. It was a pleasure.

This machine works well and does the job that is intended for. It is recommended for those who do not want the heavy-weight commercial detachers that are troublesome to work and maneuver operation

I purchased a water hose and registered it about 4 months ago. It began to leak. I called the number provided and they replaced it without any problems or issues. The customer service was outstanding. The person I dealt with was patient and understanding and very easy to deal with. I definitely would purchase other products from Snow Joe.

Received excellent customer service. I hadn't registered my product but was able to submit a warranty claim with my sales receipt. It was approved within minutes of submission, and was assigned to a personal representative, Julie, who promptly provided assisting label and instructions.
