I don't really get any positive responses. I have been waiting for months for this lawn mower replacement at which time I have been under warranty. No word as to what is going on. If I can't get another one then I want a refund.

I did reply already but yes thank you. I have returned the batteries using the ups label you sent me. Christine Reamillo did a great service for your company. I ordered two batteries prior and they are on track to deliver today. The two new from the warranty hopefully show up shortly after. Thanks for the great service.
