“Very difficult order, no, impossible procedure online which accused me of entering addresses wrongly. Too long on the phone before speaking to anyone and then when I did, a stroppy unhelpful individual who continued to accuse me of entering addresses wrongly even when I did while he was on the phone. Soak's system was or is up the creek. Despite countless emails, all of which have been ignored, we still do NOT have an invoice. We are now reporting Soak.com to HMRC for refusing to provide a VAT invoice which is illegal. Nothing about soak.com made us happy. A dreadful experience.”

“We had a faulty bath tap waterfall filler which was faulty. It was fitted correctly but due to a perished washer within the tap it caused hundreds of pounds of water damage to our newly plastered property and the cost of the plumber to rectify the problem! Getting a refund for a tap wasn’t good enough in my eyes!”

“We ordered a sink, a toilet and a bath (amongst other items) and all three turned up damaged. You replaced the sink which was great, but the bath and toilet were damaged in far more subtle ways that didn't become apparent until they were fitted. Scuffs on the toilet and a corner of the bath was smashed (hidden by the "protective" plastic.) 3 big ticket items. 3 fails. Or 2.5 due to you replacing the sink with one that wasn't broken in two).”

“I can't believe you have sent me this email to review your company. The shower screen I ordered shattered into hundreds of tiny shards of glass when it was taken out of the box to be fitted. We have phoned on several occasions but the phone is never answered so obviously a non existent number and none of our emails have been responded to. That is why I am unable to rate your service as anything but poor.”
