“Products are good value mid range product. I have bought several times from them. Customer service has deteriorated badly. One item missing, one overcharge and one item to return (failed after 4 years). My issue is hace emailed numerous times and only an auto reponse.”

“I called to see if my item could be delivered sooner as I was going on holiday. Adviser said he’ll try and get the item out for delivery, but this did not happen. Also, there was a non easy peel sticker on my cabinet which was disappointing. Took lots of time to get the residue glue off the mirror”

“Excellent service good add advice from customer services found them easy to contact and talk to. Good arrive as promised on time no damage. The quality of the radiators that we bought the columbm one were top grade and a lot cheaper that other places. We have recommended you to our other friend also a trade man that was working on our conservatory.”

“I purchased a toilet for my mum and there was an issue with the flush which was very weak and there not able to clear the waste etc. When I reported this to customers services, they said that I would have to upload a video showing that it doesn’t flush properly. How can you expect me to take a video of someone’s poo not flushing. Then apparently your technical team will will into it and get back to me. Instead we decided to buy another toilet so we lost £100. I also purchased the same toilet for myself and decided not to install and sold it on as at a loss. Really poor customer services”
