“Don't buy from them. Goods delivered damaged after spending a lot of money.We received replacement after two days and again it was damaged.So we arranged third delivery ,after waiting for them entire day they didnt even show up.No compensation just apologies and we have to wait another five days that we are not sure if we ever going to receive the order. Also been told that if we sent back the order we have to cover the delivery. This company is a joke.Do not order from them.No customer skills.”

“Was sent the wrong taps, rung up to get them swapped soak required us to send photos as the "technical team" had to review the images, the taps were completely different and had a different code. No response so chased up a few weeks later and eventually they agreed to send out the right taps. Poor after sales service.”

“The valves look really nice, good quality with the exception of a tiny chrome chip/scratch, but couldn’t return as we needed to get the radiator installed and you can’t see it once on. Overall very pleased!”

“Quality and price of products is very good. Unfortunately I needed this in a hurry and paid extra for next day delivery which just didn't happen. In fact it took 6 days for product to reach me from what I understand was a delivery companys fault.”
