They did not. Failed to deliver both products. Returns offered but customer must pay for return. Lack of clarity in sizing of product.

Dear Gemma, Thank you for your feedback. If you have purchased an item that is not suitable this will need to return the items back at your own cost. This information can be found in our terms and conditions. Once the goods have been received back, they will be quality checked and a refund will be actioned. Very impressed with the whole experience - I was nervous buying a whole bathroom online but the girls who assisted me were brilliant, so helpful and accommodating. I was also nervous about the quality but as there was a no hassle returns policy I decided to go ahead. Everything we have received is of a lovely quality - very pleased with everything. I would certainly recommend them.

The product is fine and the service from Soak themselves was also OK. They are badly let down by their logistics partner, DX Logistics. They didn't deliver 3 out of 11 items but later claimed to Soak they had delivered 10. That was a complete fabrication of the truth by DX Logistics as they called me shortly after the first delivery and said that 1 items had been misrouted to Swansea, 1 was broken so they didn't deliver it and they didn't know where the other item was. So it was actually impossible for them to have delivered 10 items. The broken item was reordered and delivered OK. The 2 missing items were reordered by Soak but only one turned up on the day it should have. The other arrived a day later, the driver said it was put on the wrong truck. That means there were 4 deliveries for the order and about 5 calls to Soak by me to try and sort it out. Not acceptable, suggest you get a new delivery partner!!

Appalling service, delivered incorrect items, and was told to email what was wrong which I did the same day, never heard another thing, I phoned 2 weeks later, no apology, no explanation, so requested a refund and still waiting for that 22 days after delivery, very poor certainly not recommend to anyone.

Waited in all day for a delivery that never arrived called Soak several times during the day to ask about delivery times never got back to us. Eventually spoke to someone about 4pm who told us delivery was not coming but would arrive 2 days later. Delivery eventually arrived but was missing the shower. It took several weeks and many calls to Soak to get a refund for the undelivered item.If they sort out their customer service and delivery company they may be ok.

I went to soak.co showroom two see for myself what I wanted to purchase .and was not disappointed with the quality and service I received I purchased everything I needed on the same day with the help of the showroom staff and everything went so smooth right to the delivery would recommend to use them again also saved a lot of money compared to other company's.

First delivery didn’t bring the sink as it was damaged, the second delivery was the broken sink re packaged, the third delivery didn’t arrive and neither did the 4th, both 3and 4 delivery, sent me emails and texts to tell me it was on its way. I now find myself with unhappy customers and still no sink, it’s appauling delivery service, and yet again I need to call customer service to be given a delivery date which I can’t trust 0 out of 10

Hard to say as the item arrived damage after being mishandled by the delivery team. I did however notice that the internal wood had not been painted properly. I had to chase soak for delivery as the item arrived substantially later than what they promised. Despite numerous calls no one seemed to understand why I had received no order updates nor did they know what had happened to the actual order. Collection of the faulty item was a similar experience with me making lots of calls and sending images to no avail.Eventually they collected the unit having sent me a text with less than 24 hours notice. I expected more from this company.
