whist the tray itself was fine, the colouring was not correct to match our mono theme. We arranged collection with Soak directly and whilst the product was collected over 3 weeks ago, the refund has not been made as they continuously keep telling me they can't find it. This is after providing evidence of the collection from DX (organised via Soak) - very frustrating as up to this point the products and service were good; this is leaving a bitter taste though as aftercare is just as important to the original sale service, and is even more critical to gaining a valued customer base going forward. Would really like this resolved very soon.

Having looked into the order further, I can confirm the radiator has now been received back. The refund has been processed for you for the amount of £80.99 the refund should now be back in your account. First delivery was lost by the transportation company and I had to call and chase to find out what had happened. I was on the phone for 30 minutes mainly holding but the CS team did their job well overall. It looks like they need more staff for peak periods and better tracking of deliveries so that the customer isnt alerting them to missing goods but overall not to bad. Wasnt to happy that the call centre could not call me back when they had a fire alarm so i had to hold to make sure i didnt have to wait another 30 mins while they carried out their fire test.

Very poor service, cistern arrived damaged. Agreed a replacement delivery on a Tuesday, booked plumber on a Thursday - still no cistern. Had to purchase another toilet elsewhere and was told I was told I would have to pay send the toilet basin back even though I could not use it. Also ordered showers, poor quality and incredibly difficult to decipher instructions. I do not usually complain but would never use Soak again. I also used another company for fitting out the 2 bathrooms Victorian Plumbing and they were excellent. Good quality and good quality and everything arrived on time.

I am shocked that this has even appeared in my in box. We never received our order and so far have received no response to our numerous emails asking for our money to be refunded! It was a significant amount to just forget about. I will continue to persue a refund, let's hope not in vain. I understand things are sometimes lost in transit but to have no response and to be £85 out of pocket is not on!

Bath tap much too small. I am recently widowe and know little about size of pipes and no one to check my ordering . Had the tap fitted but it takes 25/30 minutes to draw even a 5 inch bath. Looked OK on website , but don’t think it is fit for service for me. The actual postage and packing /response time from soak very good.

Lovely radiators delivered on time

Service appalling ordered 3 towel radiators all the same. 2 correct 1 totally different delivered. The incorrect item also had dings of chrome blistering. Replacement sent arrived on day I was not in inspite of conversation to secure delivery for another day. Replacement also different item not even correct size or colour. Am now waiting for replacement for the replacement. All of this has of course incurred the cost of plumber returning twice. No mention if compensation

Don't buy from them. Goods delivered damaged after spending a lot of money.We received replacement after two days and again it was damaged.So we arranged third delivery ,after waiting for them entire day they didnt even show up.No compensation just apologies and we have to wait another five days that we are not sure if we ever going to receive the order. Also been told that if we sent back the order we have to cover the delivery. This company is a joke.Do not order from them.No customer skills.
