“We ordered full toilet and sink unit , the toilet pan was damaged at your depot we received the rest of the units on the 17 th August and to date we have not received a replacement pan”

“The basin is exactly as required and described. poor packaging meant first delivery was smashed and then had to chase a few times to get resolved. Soak take ages to answer calls and service is pretty poor.”
