“The items were not delivered as promised, refund was slow to materialise, the item which did eventually come was damaged. All in all a bit of a disaster and I doubt very much if I’d use you again. Quality of rads in fairness is pretty good and they look nice, but not worth the hassle.”

“The delivery was a nightmare could not get me a time and did not leave the package with a neighbour, for some reason the company you use decided my postcode comes under Shrewsbury postcode which is about 40 miles from me , the same company used to use deeside north wales which is 15 miles from me , so because of this I won’t be ordering anything else as I am not driving to Shrewsbury to pick up parcels”

“Just very unhappy with customer service. Our order had the toilet pan missing at delivery, which we discovered after unpacking goods and when we called we were told it was damaged so not delivered. We arranged another delivery of this item and it was due the day we had hired a fitter who worked on our project as far as possible without the toilet and at the end of the day it still had'nt arrived. We were on holiday so had to call your customer services and the young man hung up on me. I managed to speack to someone the next day who told me this one was also damaged so not delivered from the depot. Our fitter had to go to B&Q to purchase an alternative and we were refunded the toilet pan by Soak. Not a good experience and no we would'nt use or recommend your company.”

“In terms of delivery and the product initially and even the product guarantee were really good. However we had the items installed in April after purchasing in February, and in just a few months they are starting to tarnish. I am happy to provide images on requested, but i'm not impressed.”

“One of the four radiators that was orderd was mis-picked and the wrong item delivered. It took so long to arrange collection and re-delivery that it was quicker to re-order a new radiator and wait for the wrong item to be collected in due course. The plumber was on call and the job needed to be completed. The new radiator incurred a second delivery charge that I was subsequently told would be refunded. I'm still waiting.”

“I have been in touch a couple of times as I am trying to return an item and I need a returns form. No one has got back to me and I now have a bath panel that I can’t use. I had been told by someone that I would be sent a form and could return the item but have been unable to.”

“Unit and top turned up damaged, replacements sent and damaged again! After the second time I hadn’t seen my package for a while, seems it wasn’t reprocessed. Third time lucky it arrives! 3 months without a bathroom instead of our initial 1, we now have it in place”

“I ordered a lot of soak.com for 2 bathrooms in my house. The black slate shower tray I ordered arrived damaged and was replaced 3 times and each time damaged and unusable. I needed up requesting a refund which 2 months later I havent received despite numerous calls. This company has been a real headache.”
