“The sink unit ordered was not worth the price paid and the finish was certainly not reflected in the price. The actaul sink itself was misformed which meant it curled up at one end resulting in it fitting very poorly. There were multiple chips out of the wood inside the cabinet which were exposing the bare wood.”

“The wrong colour vanity unit was delivered 2 times when the item was finally delivered, it had a scratch on the front. Although they sent replacements i still had to pay the money for my plumber in the wasted days in the install. Soak promised money back or a voucher etc but that never ever materialised even after i chased! just poor customer experience.”

“Soak.com is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Damaged goods, spent weeks chasing refunds. They ignore emails and when you get through to the telephone helpline, the tell you refunds etc is happening, but then it doesn’t. Would never use or recommend.”
