“My son ordered it for me, used his email. He is a plumber. When he received the email to confirm delivery all it said was sometime over the next five days so he rang them for more info on delivery at which point the girl on the phone cited the official secrets act so he had to call me and i had to call to ask the same inane question after another lengthy wait to get through. Anyway the girl on the phone confirmed it would be sometime over the next five days, to which I explained that i had a life, she suggested i leave a note on the door to let the driver and any would be burglar that i was out and to leave it somewhere else for a possible thief to steal, with obviously the onus on me if that were to happen, anyway I explained that wasn’t the way I carried on, and said I’ll wait for the eventual rigmarole of a delivery when i was out and began to look forward to the argument that would ensue when soak wanted another extortionate delivery fee. As it happens my son recieved an email from the delivery firm shortly after with a date (shhh, dont let mi6 know) and all ended well. Some better info given to the girl on the phone would have been good, or better communication between soak and courier, anyway i wont use them again, neither will my son. Lifes too short for that nonsense that is charged out at £25 a go.”

“Good value and quality. Delivery was quick and efficient, only issue I had was a sink was missing and it was very difficult to make contact to resolve - my email was never answered and very difficult to get someone on the telephone - however once I did, issue was resolved and replacement was sent. I would be happy to use again.”

“Very happy with product quality excellent. Unfortunately Soak.com missed my next day delivery when I contacted them very apologetic arranged very next day delivery and fully refunded charges excellent customer service have already recommended to close friends.”

“Fantastic quality at affordable prices. First toilet was damaged in transit but staff swiftly dealt free exchange, no quibble. Staff I spoke to were all helpful and courteous. Have used Soak for previous purchases and will defiantly use them again and recommend to others.”

“Ordered this shower door and only after I ordered and paid did they tell me that it wasn't in stock and I'd have to wait two weeks. I phoned to cancel and despite receiving written confirmation that the order had been cancelled, the order was dispatched and delivered. It's been over a week since the item was collected and I'm still waiting for my credit card to be credited with the refund”
