Website clear and easy to use so makes online ordering very simple. Delivery firm is terrible! They never turned up on the scheduled date (between 8am and 6pm) having paid Soak.com £12.99 for the privilege. No one called me even though they had my mobile number so day off work wasted. Turned up the following day at 15:20. I had to wait for 40mins to get through to Soak Cust srvce to demand a refund of delivery charge which they said (on 2 occasions) would happen straight away. I finally received it a week later. I will have to consider other, more reliable, companies for future bathroom purchases.

They’re asking for a review already...they shipped it, but it never made it from Soak to the DC depot...days later, no automatic checks as to why it hadn’t been scanned once after leaving them and only when I called to enquire did they spot it had gotten lost and think to issue another...which I’ve not yet received. Not the most proactive service!

Customer Service was brilliant when placing the order. However getting a refund for an item that has been returned has been a nightmare I am still owed money £83 not happy!! Please call me.

Found the cabinet to big. Rang your customer service department to return the unit I was told Soak do not have a returns policy I would have to sort out my own courier at my cost, haveing paid £8.99 for delivery and it taking 2 weeks for delivery, found your delivery company very unhelpful send a text on the morning of delivery no time slots could not ring them , or you can pay £6.50 to arrang for a different delivery,had plenty of parcels and packages delivered to our address couriers been really helpful giving time slots and plenty of notice of when they are going to deliver my advise to Soak is chang your courier. I'm not sure they did. I ordered on a Thursday for next day delivery but was told I was too late at 1'oclock. Had to wait until Monday when I wasnt going to be in to received the unit had to get some-one else to take delivery. The charge for delivery was far to high - in hindsight wish I had gone through Amazon Prime with same style heater for less and next day free delivery. Never mindall done now. Unlikey to use Soak again.

You had the product I was looking for at a reasonable price BUT - a 12 day delivery on an 'in stock' product is not good enough - no notification of delivery day until the morning of that day - not good enough. (due to the excessive delay I had rung Customer Services who had told me the scheduled day. I would not have known otherwise. No problem getting through. Courteous and helpful call centre agent) - no indication of approximate delivery time given, nor were the carriers willing to ring say 30-60 mins before delivery - they expect their customers just to wait in all day if necessary. Again not good enough. - a questionnaire box that only invites me to 'tell us how soak.com made you happy' and doesn't want to know anything negative is an insult. Your marketing people should know better than to wave a red rag like that. - misleading warranty. I bought an item with a '10 year guarantee' but later found in the small print that this does not apply to everything in the box eg it excludes the shower cartridge. Should be upfront and clear about things like this. So in summary, potentially (haven't used it yet) a good product at a good price, but you have a mountain to climb in getting customer orientated.

Happy with item but unhappy with delivery. I signed for item and the man left it propped up against door outside. It was snowing and I couldn't lift it! Luckily I had a workman there who brought it in for me. Your delivery man couldn't leave quick enough.

I’m not happy the product which is a left hand p shaped bath is of very poor quality you can almost see right through the gel coat at the shower end ifact I need some response on this item I’m very disappointed the thickness of the bath at that end is so thin I’m sure you could puncture the bath with your finger nail.
