“Soak made me very unhappy. Apalling customer and after care service. Both items rejected. No one seems to care or take responsibility. The courier service used DX. Are equally unproffesional and disorganised. I wouldn't use either again. Very very disapointed by the whole process. I lost the best part of 2.5 days and incurred external costs too. Avoid if you can.”

“Had the unit arrived in a useable state I imagine it would do the job. But unfortunately Soak.com are incapable of delivering products undamaged having had the product arrive damaged on the 1st & 2nd occasion and the 3rd replacement being the completely wrong unit. Customer service is not this companies priority getting your money is. Safe to say I will never use Soak.com again and advise others not to either!”

“The suite I ordered was fine and looked nice once installed. However have had so much trouble fitting the concealed cistern. The components seem to be cheaply made and after calling soak.com several times it took nearly two weeks for them to get back to me with a troubleshooting guide. In the mean time I purchased one from screwfix that worked fine. Not sure ill be using soak.com again.”

“Delivery of product failed to arrive on two separate occasions and then was cancelled without any communication. The first customer service person I spoke to was useless. Finally someone at the company who knew what they were doing called me, sorted it and I had my order within a week.”

“I've taken this afternoon off work to wait in for delivery of a bathroom suite only to get a call to say the driver has run out of driving hours and the next delivery slot is Tuesday. Very poor planning I'd say!! Having planned to install the suite this weekend has now gone to pot due to incompetence.”

“I love this electric towel rail - it doubles as a radiator and is very efficient. My only complaint with soak.com is the lack of communication regarding delivery date. I took allotted day off and delivery did not arrive. I had to ring 4 times in all and take following day off to await goods arriving.”
