“Everything! Delivery arrangement was terrible. No comunication to advise that original delivery date had been cancelled. (This was made worse because I had stayed up after a night shift to receive item) Second Delivery didn’t turn up! When delivery finnaly turned up, two weeks later, the item was damaged and only one of two parcels turned up! Extremely disapointed with service and, unfortunately, the item! (Wel, Half the item!) What more can I say??”

“Ordered 5 radiators as promised delivery Tuesday. Only 3 turned up. We had to chase and had no apology, now chased again and then will re-deliver missing Radiators next week. Still no apology. We have had to follow up, no customer service.........................”

“I can’t give a review of this product as it was delivered on 13 April in pieces. I have emailed Soak on several occasions without receiving a response. The one star is for Soak’s non existent customer service.”

“We purchased these towel rails on behalf of our client who sourced them directly from you. Three towel rails are faulty. The screws supplied to fix them do not go in the thread on the towel rails. One towel rail had no screw thread at all to one fixing point. Our client is liaising with you directly on this. Also, we were offered a discount at point of purchase which was specified on your pro-forma. When we eventually got the VAT invoice we noticed the discount was not applied and we were charged the full amount. I have discussed this with someone in your company today and am awaiting a refund. Overall neither we or our client is happy so far. We hope the above can be resolved satisfactorily. Regards Peter Georgiou Mastertek Ltd”

“Messed up delivery. Long wait for customer services. Can’t organise ‘leave in a safe place’ or ‘leave with neighbour’ - asked me to stick a note on the door instructing this! Suggested this was odd and agent cut my call. Poor.”
