“Very happy with the product itself, shame about the extremely poor deliver service. Had to wait a week for next delivery because company soak use are completely incompetent and yet soak still use them. Very very poor.”

“Very difficult to deal, advertise how easy it is to return an item and then make it difficult to return. Still haven't had a refund and so my emails are being ignore. Absolutely shocking service.”

“I am a plumber and own my own plumbing business, I mainly do full bathroom make overs, I can honestly say I will never ever use soak.com again, I paid £47 for next day delivery, I never got it! At this stage I have taken the customers bathroom out, it was a week before I had my goods, the service I received was disgusting, they had left a young family with out a bathroom with not a care in the world, they did not care that I was out of work and losing money. Not one bit of help from this company, I would recommend you never use this company”

“This is a great company, selling very good quality bathroom items at a good price, sales people are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would have liked a few more size options such as a larger sink and unit, as I had to go elsewhere to get the size I needed, but that’s the only negative !”
