“Terrible service three weeks in and still not received the towel rail or my refund. Soak "lost" my first radiator then when they said they would refund the extra a paid for next day delivery (eventually) they said they would despatch a second radiator which also I have not received. I have since asked for a full refund in full which I am still waiting for as I have list all confidence with these chambers. My view of soak.com.... amateurs in a professionals game... my advice... use Victoria plumb. Next day delivery on time and within the two hour window they promised and the delivery guys even took all the items upstairs for me. Take note soak.”

“I had a problem with the late delivery of a bath. However I spoke to a lovely lady called Leanne who works for the aftercare team and she dealt with my problem very professionally and in a very honest and down to earth way. I trusted that she would solve my late bath situation and she did. Thank you Leanne. Regards Shelley”

“Item arrived fine and look good, toilet seat supplied is too small and the cistern came with a faulty inlet valve, I had to get my plumber to fit a part he carries on his van so that I could have a working flushing toilet. Soak have said they will not refund me for the faulty part because I have used a part from elsewhere so this has voided my warranty - DO NOT BUY FROM SOAK, THEY SUPPLY FAULTY PARTS AND REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING!”

“Soak have not made me happy, you supplied a faulty part and a part that doesn't fit, you have replaced the part that doesn't fit but have refused to refund the part that is faulty as this was a vital part to get the toilet working, I had to get my plumber to fit a part from elsewhere - you are a joke of a company and I will be taking this further.”

“Shame we ordered another toilet from elsewhere because the purchase confirmation said that the vanity unit was out of stock for another month so the deal that we would have gone for was missed. We then received the unit within a week!!!”
