They didn't. They sent me tracking information, then cancelled the order without telling me. Ridiculous customer service as put on hold for 45 minutes.

No fittings or brackets came with mirror making it impossible to fit. I will have to find brackets myself which is an inconvenience

The worst ever online shopping experience in last 10 years. Will never even visit the site again. They have the most rubbish delivery service using dx delivery.

I made several purchases with Soak.com and applied the discount code as advertised. When the items came to be fitted several were of poor quality and a bath panel was split. I requested an upgrade of which I paid considerably more than the original item only to be told that I would not be refunded for the original faulty (poor quality) item. Below is the reply from Soak. WHY OFFER DICOUNTS AND THEN TAKE THE MONEY BACK BY SUBDIFUGE. Dear Mr Hall, Thank you for your patience. I have been in contact with the accounts team and due to the discount on the order they are unable to refund the damaged item as it will take you below the threshold for the discount to be applied.

Sorry still waiting for my order to be completed. So far it has taken 4 weeks. Customer service girls have been very helpful but still waiting.

Soak.com made me very angry. Purchased my goods on the 19th May and asked for them to be delivered on the 31st May. Took a day off in the 31st only to be told delivery was going to be the 4th June. I had to cancel the order as the goods were for exporting.

Bath was supposed to arrive Thurs 23rd but didn't arrive til Tues 28th. This meant that my new bathroom couldn't be fitted while I was away on holiday. Came back to a building site and no guarantee now when it will be finished. The product is good but service rubbish.

Soak did not make me happy. We had to have 2 further deliveries as a significant portion of our order was missing from the first 2 deliveries. My wife had to waste additional days leave waiting for these items. No sympathy from Soak at all. Will never use again as I have no faith in their ability to deliver the goods I order.

Soak.com we’re appealing. One member of staff was decent, the rest that I dealt with were rude and incapable of helping for a delivery that had simply not turned up. Courier company confirmed it was never sent. Took nearly 7 days to get it sent after the initial delivery never turned up

Soak did not make me happy. They didn't pack my mirrored cabinet properly so it was broken on arrival. I told them it was not packaged properly so they said they'd do it better next time and sent a replacement. This was also broken and packaged inadequately. I have received a refund but had to take both cabinets to the tip! Won't use them again.

Soak has a serious problem with its couriers. Shame as in every other way it's a great company. The items I purchased took four deliveries. Three came on the wrong day and the fourth was late. Of these two arrived damaged - hence the extra deliveries. We got everything in the end but I could do without the hassle.

I ordered all the items for a bathroom and was advised that the shower unit was not in stock and would arrive a couple of days after the other items. The shower unit was then sent by post rather than the standard courier service you would expect from online companies, I am currently living far away from this property and was unable to advise a builder when to be there as they did not follow the same protocol as the first order, or any other order I have received whilst refurbishing this house. After several messages, most of which (in the middle of trying to sort this) we're simply not answered I was advised (and have this in writing) that another shower would be sent in the standard manner. Soak then changed their mind on this and advised me a builder had to collect the shower from the post office. When I sent a builder (at my cost) they were advised they needed id and soak advised me I should post my builder some so they can pick up the shower. I have subsequently had to buy a shower from screw fix as this issue was holding up the project. At this stage the shower is no longer at the post office and has been returned to soak however they have stopped responding to messages and it is unclear whether they will refund me for this purchase. I am going to wait a few more weeks (already ongoing for around two months) to see whether soak acknowledge receipt of this shower and refund me. Failing this I will notify trading standards and see what legal capacity I have for a refund on a product I never received. The service received is literally worst than anything I have ever experienced, drawn out, often fail to respond and no willingness to help.
