I will never buy anything from you ever again, your customer service is terrible and 3 flaming weeks to get a refund!!!! bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything from the moment I paid almost £2500 on purchases, I sent an email straight away asking for a specific delivery date, asking for reasons why I could not apply the discount code, asking for someone to kindly call me back, asking for a return within 10 days, writing a very displeased emails after 14 days of purchase and now writing this review. Simply shocking, I could not recommend your business to anyone I know in my small but very useful network. Do yourself a favour and find a communications consultant who can manage the basics of communication. Very very disappointed. BTW still waiting for the return to be sorted... well just wishing for any form of communication.

You did not make me happy. You gave a delivery date we arrange for a plumber to come the day after. We rang on the delivery date to find out what time. You told us you could not deliver as it went to another distribution centre.

Ordered a radiator, was told was in stick. Paid £12.99 for delivery on a specified day. Didn't arrive. 9 days later, still hasn't arrived and have been given no indication when it will. Item is showing on website still as available for next day delivery.

2 of 4 products delivered were significantly damaged, 20 mins on hold to get through to sort to be told they couldn’t talk to my wife, eventually had permission, promised the items would be sent next day delivery and they weren’t, on arrival one of the two products missing so having to call back yet again to sort... terrible service

I had a really bad experience when the bath which i have ordered with next day express delivery appeared to be out of stock and none of soak.com staff notified me about it. It Took me 4 days instead of 1 to get the bath to be delivered, The one we have received was not the one we wanted but it was the only available option at the end. Bath did not come with panels, but when we asked this question over the phone we were told it will have the panels too. After all that we had some problems with delivery as well when drivers had to call us because they were not able to find the adress.

Multiple none delievries. At least half an hour on hold each time you ring and no communication after the call. Still waiting for my purchase almost a month on.

Didnt make me happy! Was expecting a radiator and valves, but only valves still waiting for rad (3 weeks now since placed order) 3 phone calls and still no answer to where the radiator is!!!!!

They didn’t! Vanity unit arrived broken. Customer service was terrible, the girl I spoke to blamed me & was not polite at all. Promised a review in 12 working days! Will never use again

It didn’t!! Item arrived severely damaged and as the covering was intact this was very much obvious to the eye but subsequently despatch anyway! Numerous emails with photos of damage sent but a week later still no response!

Shower tray arrived damaged. Replacement item also damaged. Hours spent on phone trying to resolve with awful customer service. They have failed to collect either damaged item from me despite me 'booking' this with them twice.

I am extremely dissatisfied with soak.com ‘s lack of service. I ordered a towel radiator but had to cancel due to wrong specifications however have received no confirmation of the cancellation, no refund and have tried to call the helpline numerous times and not able to reach anyone after holding for over 10 minutes each time. Hopefully this review will catch management attention. Will never be using again as no service provided and will advise others to steer clear. Hayley F
