Bath broken when delivered. Had to fight on the phone for it to be sorted out. Poor communication between soak and delivery company meant that I wasted a lot of my own time sorting out their mistakes.

Phoned up girl most in helpful wouldn’t give discount that guy offered in showroom asked to speak to manager and she refused to let me

I ordered, I called a week later because my order hadn't arrived, I was told the item I'd ordered was out of stock. I ordered elsewhere and then got a message that my order (That was out of stock) was being loaded onto a lorry for delivery. I said I wished to cancel because I'd had to order elsewhere now. Another week later I got an email offering me a partial refund. I replied saying I needed the whole amount I'd paid refunded. I've had no reply since so it looks like I'm going to have a fight on my hands to get my money refunded. Shambolic and not very customer service orientated is the impression I've got of this company!

They did not. 8 working days after ordering and still no delivery. Phoned customer services twice to be fobbed off the first time. Second i was advised they would look into it and send an email, still no email some 10 hours later. If they cant dispatch a small order efficiently and in a timely manor they do not deserve the order for £7000. Not impressed in any way and customer service team that dont seem to care and just want to get the customer off the phone.

Took delivery of a damaged unit 8 days ago - hopeless customer service - issue still not resolved had let Plummer go to another job so project delayed What a way to run a business

Might have been lovely if it hadn’t arrived all smashed. Have tried phoning company on Saturday ( on hold for 10 minutes and gave up) emailed - no reply, tried phoning again today ( Monday) on hold for over 5 minutes, nobody seems to respond?

My order number is UK102491164. Emailed twice to return. No response. Pretty poor returns policy will leave the same review on Trustpilot.

Item arrived with a “bow” and small damage to one of the corners Contacted customer services who offered a replacement but despite the original order being next day delivery (at a significant cost) could only schedule for 5 days later ! Notification of dispatch was received for the scheduled delivery date The date arrived but the tray didn’t ! Contacted the courier who informed me the order had been cancelled ? (No notification from soak) Contacted customer services again (8min on hold) who instructed there had been a “mistake” and the item had been changed but had not been sent. They instructed that I would receive it the next day !!! I’m writing this on the morning that the replacement is due to arrive , let’s hope it does , it’s the same product and it’s not damaged !!!! Fingers crossed ! My project has now fallen behind , the lack of a satisfactory tray on the scheduled dates has meant I’ve had plumbers and tilers trying to do the best they can but would have been considerably further on than they are at present

Shocking customer service realised I had made a mistake tried to resolve early on all o got was according to our terms and conditions ....... I have spent nearly 2500 over the last couple of weeks so not impressed

Terrible delivery service as my shower door and bath screen was delivered at the wrong address on the same road and when I rang they said it would take 48 hours to resolve and I had my fitter waiting to install so had to hire a van and go collect myself from wrong address

Soak has not make me happy. I have been very disappointed with their customer service. I have spent £4,000 on items since November and am still waiting for replacements!

Was not notified or contacted at all after my order so had no idea when it was dispatched or going to arrive. Extremely inconvenient. Won’t order from soak again.

HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ORDERS BUT ONE OF THE SHOWER ENCLOSURE HA PUT ME RIGHT OFF THIS COMPANY FOR ANY FUTURE ORDERS /NEXT PROJECT

Not happy every one I have purchased bathroom stuff from have delivered it with two days at no extra charge not 12 days the fitters will be gone by the time this item arrives
