“You did not as items was missing from my order”

“I ordered a heated towel rail and paid extra for next day delivery. I telephoned the following day to try to find out about the delivery and was told the product was out of stock even though they took payment. I had a plumber on site working on the bathroom who was trying to plan out the work, this caused a lot of problems as we had to find another product and get it quickly. They weren't so fast paying the money back either. Getting an apology was like getting blood out of a stone. Shocking service.”

“This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever used. Avoid. Spent nearly £2000 with them and after 3 weeks they still can’t replace a radiator and pick up the wrong one they send on the first order. I have taken 6 days off work for missed collections to missed delivery or replacement radiator. Had 10 phone calls, all useless people. Still waiting for it to be sorted and to get the correct radiator I paid for nearly 4 weeks ago.”

“I'm so angry and disappointed...not only has my order been delivered with missing parcels, my unit has come broken on both sides...my plumber was here today and meant to be coming tomorrow to complete my job and now he will need to be put off and I'll have to pay even more to request he come back... I have never been so let down by a company. Upon raising these issues with staff via phone I was told perhaps sometime next week for my missing parcels and who knows about the broken wall unit as I have to wait on an email that I've been waiting on for to send pictures to then be told if they will replace it and when this could be!!!”

“I ordered a shower screen. They took the money and sent me a dispatch notice. It did not turn up and they blamed the courier company. Turns out they never had the stock as it was discontinued. This was only found out 2 days after promised delivery. My customer was extremely unhappy !!”

“Ordered a bath tap on 23rd January 2019 but e-mailed them this morning to ask when it would be delivered and advised that due to hi demand customer services would not be able to respond within the next seven days. In other words I won't find out a delivery date until 13 days after purchase. Not really on for a web supplier - either they have stock and can handle orders or not!”

“You didn’t make me happy your delivery dates are a joke. Was told items would arrive Monday then Tuesday and still haven’t received them though now been told Wednesday so let’s see”

“Delivery took longer than expected and then was told different things when I called to chase. I even called a day before the deadline delivery and an agent promised delivery was the next day to then find out it was another 4 days later. I then had to purchase from another company costing me double and not I need to return and it’s taking forever as again I have to calll everyday to chase the collection of the u wanted items !!! Still not resolved and never to use soak again”

“For some reason my order was cancelled so I have not received any taps my son called and some one said for some unknown reason the order was cancelled and they would sort it we have not heard a word since I booked a plumber for Saturday to have them fitted but had to cancel so if this could be sorted promtly I will be happy”

“I am still waiting for 5 items from my order which were not delivered. I raised this with Soak straight away on the day of delivery but no progress has been made by Soak in getting my items to me and this is costing me money as I have tradesman on site waiting for the items.”
