Was not happy ! Paid 12.99 to have the radiator delivered on Wednesday 28th November did not arrive , soak refunded money . Radiator arrived 3rd December

Didn't make me happy. Still waiting to be compensated for being pissed around on delivery. I buy houses, looking for many bathrooms. This will be the last. Disgusting amateurish company to deal with. Would AVOID

Two basin tops delivered broken. Was promised a third replacement would be delivered immediately..that was well over one week ago..still waiting...no communication received as to when I will receive the goods that I paid for in advance

Order did not arrive,constant arguements with customer service people regarding re ordering or refund.no.one listened or capable of sorting it out,sent numerous emails repeating myself over and over again, Practically accused me of lying,appalling customer service and took two months to get my money back,very stressed and ruined what should have been enjoyment of my new bathroom,thank god for victoria plumbing !

Soak don’t care about customers. After a order error made by a soak employee over the phone. The order was book for the wrong week. The customer services were useless and couldn’t even be bother to return my call. The call centre staff are under trained and incapable of answering any questions or being any help at all. Each call took at least 30 mins and was pointless. I don’t think I’ve dealt with a worse company.

I purchased a wall cabinet with a bathroom suite, but did not open the items straight away to inspect as I was not ready to fit them. When I came to remove the cabinet from the packaging I noticed a large chunk missing next to one of the doors. When I contacted soak they would not refund or replace the item because I had not removed and inspected it within 14 days. Be careful not to purchase an item you're unable to remove and inspect within 14 days, as if there is any damage soak will be unwilling to help.

Absolutely awful experience with Soak.Ordered a bathroom suite and asked for it to be delivered on a specific date as I had Plumbers lined up to fit it.Even though Soak had 9 days advanced notice of my delivery date,and I was promised it would be delivered on agreed date it never turned up(even though I was sent text notices giving me a 2hour delivery time slot) anyway it turned up 4 days after it was meant to,meaning not only was I put behind schedule, I also had to pay 2 plumbers both half a days money for waiting around for the suite to arrive that arrived some 4 days later.I'll never use this Company again.

Ordered two bathroom suites from Soak. The toilet cistern arrived totally smashed, it took 3 phones calls, 5 emails (not one response to an email) and 7 weeks before a new cistern was sent out. The soft close toilet seat did not fit the toilet and the waste push close for the sink was the wrong one. Shocked at the terrible customer service. Would not recommend nor be ordering from them again. Order at your own risk but if you have builders in like we did then allow for delays because there is no quick rectification on their part!

My enclosed shower mixer cartridge and chrome shroud burst off and soaked the whole of my bathroom, it’s soaked my kitchen walls and ceiling which I have to get plastered to fill in the damage the water has done. Soak.com are messing me around with this situation, they’ve said they won’t help with the cost of the repairs even though it was soak.coms product that was faulty and caused this damage, I won’t be using soak.com again, my fiancé has a plumbing and heating company and won’t be using soak.com for any of his work again. Very bad experience with soak.com.

Extremely unhappy with service from start to finish. Taken at least 10 phonecalls - ordered but then emailed to say out of stock! Delivery date rearranged but then not delivered on arranged date (even though had taken day off work). Item returned but 1 month after collection no refund obtained - took another 2 phonecalls to sort out. Extremely disappointed

I'm happy with the products I received, however I've sent countless emails over the past 2 months regarding products that haven't showed up that I've paid for with no indication when I'll recieve or that you will refund for what I haven't received, I was also recommended to buy products to accompany my new bath, that already come included with the bath. Really disappointed at the lack of after sale support
