Don't stick to their delivery schedule been waiting 3 weeks now for bath and vanity unit every week delivery getting pushed back

Soak.com is a joke of a company, don't expect anything to be delivered on time, would never use again. 3 weeks for an item, failed delivery after failure. False promises. You end up chasing them everyday, they don't keep you updated.

The sink in our delivery was smashed, ordered new one which was also smashed, ordered 3rd one which, you've guessed it, also smashed, at this point our builder was charging us by the day so we had to pay 2 extra days for delays and still ended up having to go out and physically buy an alternative that didn't match our suite exactly. Would not recommend.

They hide information on products, when you receive the unit you find out that things are missing in order. On top of this the delivery service of soak is a rip off and con, they offer free delivery on a £550 order only if you wait for over 8 days. If you want something within a few days then you need to pay a silly amount of £40, its pretty ridiculous.

After reviewing your case, I can confirm that the express delivery was paid for. As the order did not arrive on schedule, I have refunded this delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill, which may take between 3 and 5 working days to appear back in to the original payment method's account. Our courier offer a free delivery service for orders over £399 which will give you a bookable service (calendar) or a standard 2-8 working day delivery service, dependable on the weight and size of the items and the area that they are being delivered to. In regards to your missing items, I'd be happy to discuss this in further detail should you believe that your order is incomplete. The returns service is really hard to deal with. I wanted to exchange the toilet but they couldn't provide me with some specific measurements of the new toilet. They just sent me what was already on the website. I was on hold for an inordinate amount of time. I will just return the toilet and order one from elsewhere. Dreadful.

Unfortunately, you are outside of the 14 days to return the unwanted item to ourselves, though we do have an exchange policy that allows you 365 days to return an unwanted item and place an order for a new product. Item arrived late, outside of the delivery window provided. Item was damaged. Contacted Soak to speak to them about this who said there was nothing they could do as we had accepted the item. They said this was in their terms and conditions. I called them and asked them for a copy of the said terms and conditions to be emailed to me, they said they would do this - however to date nothing has been received. Will not be using this company again.

They haven't made me happy they have withheld money for goods returned over a month ago. I have made 4 lengthy calls only to be promised the money would be refunded, one month later this still hasn't happened. Do not purchase from soak.com unless you are sure the goods you are ordering are correct as you will struggle to get your money refunded.

Absolutely shocking, paid for named day delivery on Friday 12 October, I have still not received my radiator. Impossible to get through to customer services on the phone unless you wait for 20 minutes plus and when you do get through they are simply not interested.

Poor communication between Soak and the delivery company, I had to chase Soak to find out when the items would be delivered. Told Soak and they apparently relayed the information to the delivery company that I required an hours notice to get to the delivery address and that never happened, asked again for the following day and never happened. There was a missing item when items were delivered even though this was on the delivery note! The one item arrived damaged! Soak offered me a replacement that also came damaged! In the end I had to take a day off work to drive to Soak to return the item to ensure I got one that wasn't damaged. Extremely unhappy.

They have not made me happy, in fact I would go as far as to say they have added to what is a very stressful renovation. You are withholding money that does not belong to you and your aftercare is appalling

It difficult to actually rate the product because I’m still waiting for a sink to get delivered that’s not broken! Hopefully 3rd time lucky and then I can actually get to complete my bathroom and use the products! I advice you check all your products once they are delivered to make sure they are not damaged.
