They didn’t! Only part of the order was received - other part was damaged by delivery company. Have chased soak.com to return items, person responsible never available and nobody calls back. Dreadful customer experience

It hasn’t made me happy at all. Two broken sinks and currently awaiting a third being delivered. Maybe you as a company should change your delivery company or package your products better!

I would like to score this but can’t. It arrived broken and was sent back. Response since has been poor. I emailed soak.com after lack of contact. Response said that it may take them up to 7 days to reply as they are busy. Jury out for now but can’t say j feel good about them right now

Wrong basin vanity unit. Wrong toilet pan. Replaced ok but job was then 10 days late. Left with the job of disposing of the wrong heavy bulky items at my time and expense. Soak must have made a net loss on my ~£1800 order. I trust you did because if you still made a profit then you’re ripping people off.

We are currently investigating the quality of the items you received as this is not the usual standard of our product. Sorry Soak did not make me happy at all. The service is slow. If you email them, you get a message saying it will take up to 7 days for a reponse... and that is definitely true because i still haven't had a response to my email and you only have 14 days in which to return the items. When you call and select the Returns Option, they don't answer but after 2-3 attempts, I chose the Sales Option and the call was answered immediately... so quick to take my money but not so quick to refund it. Having returned the item, 7 days later I still haven't received a refund. When I called, I was told the item hadn't arrived in the warehouse and I need to provide proof. I paid an enormous amount to return the items, insured them and paid for signed delivery option so there's no reason that they can't even process the refund promptly without asking for more proof of return.

What went wrong?... What went right??? Then soak.com email you when you leave a bad review asking you to change it saying that they've sorted the problem. Well you haven't told me if you have? And they continue to email you asking you to change it again and again

After reviewing your order details, I can confirm that the code changes that were requested were actioned in the first instance. The delivery was rescheduled due to cancellation and a cistern was sent out as a replacement as a gesture of goodwill, although the cistern is not actually included in the MV2894 and states this on the website. Awful company. on my order, most of the things were missing and what did turn up was broken. I complained to the aftsrsales team who compleately ignored my email and never got back to me. My experience with Soak has been very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend using them.

I made the order for a date well in advance. My order arrives without bath and shower tray. Shower tray and bath arrive, one man, delivery I have to assist to avoid damage (I am 66 years old awaiting hernia operation). On further inspection bath panel damaged and basin damaged. 7 bath panels later we got one that was not damaged, basin delivered by a very angry DX driver. I had also asked for the help of a senior member of Soak team, as I was getting nowhere and my plumber was waiting to install bathroom. I spent over 5 hours on the phone to Soak plus a lot of emails. I also lost a lot of time from my work trying to get my order completed. I am now waiting for my final refund which was agreed on the 28th of August 2018. It was refreshed on the 7/09/2018 and again today. I have also read on Trust pilot a lot of negative feedback about Soak, I hope my issue will not be one of them. Thank you to the Soak driver who drove from Nuneaton and back again to deliver my bath panel. Regards Pat

I have been asked to revise my negative review ‘because it has been delt with’ but I do not feel this is the case. I purchased a full bathroom from Soak which included a ‘soft square’ bath. I received a bath that was clearly marked as ‘round’ and had a different product code. Soak told me on several occasions that I had received the correct item but ‘it just looked different to the online images’?! They offered me a 30% refund which they said I would receive in up to 10 working days. I did not receive it until after the 10 working days when chased them up about it. I have also complained about a faulty shower screen which was part of the same order. Soak have completely ignored this complaint. Terrible customer service and products. I cannot stress enough - AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I got half what I ordered customer service rubbish,takes ages to answer the phone people who answer don’t have any idea what going on at the end I had to cancel few items .

Parts were missing from parts of the order and had to phone lots of times, and wait in when redeliveries didn't take place. All in all a lot of wasted time and hassle before i finally had everything necessary to complete the bathroom.
