I ordered the 400mm Large Round Wall Mounted Head, Handheld & Thermostatic Mixer Shower Kit. Only part of the kit turned up. After chasing three times I am still yet to receive the hose and handheld shower. I have never once had a response from soak. Very poor customer service.

Used Soak twice, both times toilet and cisterns smashed on arrival, also vanity unit cracked damaged, took forever to get replacement toilet and the line to get through was rubbish waited for over one hour! still waiting for a refund 15 days later after confirmation! will never use again shocking service.

You have not made me happy. The sink, on arrival, was badly broken. I have sent you photographs. I have tried 12 times to talk to you as you have not acknowledged receipt of the photographs or replied to any of my emails. I have hung on the phone for a total of 40 minutes listening to endless classical music waiting to be answered - but no one ever has. The service, I think, is appalling. I have an unfinished shower room and the fitters have now moved on to another job.

Soak we’re dreadful. Not only were deliveries late they were also wrong and it took weeks to resolve - staff didn’t want to know and weren’t interested in resolving - useless !!

Waited over a month for a faulty product to be replaced and to be now told that we “refused delivery” after waiting in for 8 hours and no delivery has turned up. Would never recommend and would never use again!

I was severely let down with a delivery, I was told the item had been damaged in transit and it was sent back to the depot.I had made it perfectly clear the delivery had to happen as installation was due the next day. The only reason I found out I wasn't going to receive my delivery was because I called you to check. I had to arrange collection from Basildon at my own cost and it delayed the installation. When a delivery date is given it becomes a contract which was broken by yourselves and resulted in major inconvenience to myself.

The reason why is although our fault for getting the wrong size enclosure, it took a week to get through to them on the phone, then a further 3 weeks to finialise the refund. They only refunded part of order as said the didn’t receive the biggest part. Absolute rubbish all the order was couriered together & for fortunalty our courier had proof. Won’t use them again.

Something that we ordered and paid for (toilet and sink) did not arrive with the delivery. We didn’t get an email or any notification that it wouldn’t be included in the order. When I called up I was told it was discontinued and although we had paid for one weeks ago one had not been put aside for us before delivery. I am very disappointed with this.

Ism very unhappy with the quality of the sink and toilet set. Firstly it was scratched on arrival you did send a replacement but since paying to have it all fitted every time we knock it it leaves a mark. I even sat a bottle of perfume on the top of the toilet and that left a bid mark where the paint work has completely come of we have had to cover it with ornaments tocover up all the mark. Not good

We ordered a glass panel for the bathroom. One month went by and the panel never arrived. We called the first customer service rep, who promised to follow up with the delivery company then update me - and didn’t call me back. Next Monday morning I called again. Another rep promised to follow up with the delivery and again never called back. In the afternoon of the same same I got hold of the third customer service rep and finally figured out that Soak never forwarded my phone number to the delivery company so they couldn’t call to arrange a delivery. A few things are very dissatisfactory here. 1) Unprofessional customer service staff who promised to call back and never did; 2) Bad internal coordination between the online sales staff and the delivery guys. In the end the delivery only took place because I called to chase - the delivery people couldn’t find my address and decided to give up on the delivery because they STILL didn’t have my phone and didn’t think to call HQs to enquire. Classic case of everyone kicking the bucket onwards and refuse to take any responsibility for fulfilling an order. Disappointing!

On the contrary. Soak has made me very unhappy. Shower screen costing £269. is poorly designed and not fit for purpose. I have had to spend another £50 on a support bar to make it safe. 'Designer' shower tray costing £189 arrived without its waste. Despite asking for waste to be sent urgently I have now been without it for 3 days. I have 3 tradesmen unable to finish their work until this special waste system arrives. Now I have no shower or bath that I can use in my home. Extremely disappointing service, several parts and a whole unit was missing. No compensation offered for additional expense incurred due to their negligence.

I ordered my shower head for next day delivery, paying £9.99 for the service only to be disappointed with this as the shower head arrive two days later. I phoned customer service who said they would refund the delivery charge for me , but this has not been done either. Can't waste my time contacting your company again , but will not use again and will not recommend. Feel that when you offer a service it should deliver what it promises

They did did a disgraceful job with sending broken items, messing up with delivery and waiting 3 weeks to have the items collected since they did not replace them . Will not recommend them to anyone in fact i will advise people not to ever buy anything from this company

The materials were not all delivered at the same time, and when we called back to question it, we were interrogated saying that it had been delivered, despite there being no delivery ticket to sign, so no records of its delivery in the first place. Then the materials (Shower trays) were poor quality, but were not replaced. we still have items missing from the first order.
