Rated 0. To begin with my order wasn’t delivered when I selected nominated delivery. When phoned and re arranged, my order was missing 4 out of the 5 items. Still waiting for my refund after 2 weeks, and not getting responded to. Absolute joke!

We received a damaged bath tub that had to be re-delivered. The 2nd one was also damaged! We were without a bath for more than a week and barely had any compensation for the terrible stress. Actually, I think I would tell friends NOT to use soak.com.

We have had faults with every item ordered and still have an on going issue. Trying to resolve these issues has been a nightmare and the customer service that we have received has been atrocious

I received two damage sink units. A replacement was sent out after one week, hoever, that too was faulty. I complained and asked for my funds to be returned. Nothing has been heard since and I have not received any money back!

The shower tray is curved so the water runs off the edge! The screen is great.

Would have be better if the returns and refund didn't take almost 4 weeks to sort. I will think twice before ordering again .

The radiator I had delivered was slightly bent. Presume it had been lying around but as I had my plumber booked in to fit it, it was to late to return it.

The dials on the shower unit do not tighten up it is impossible to control pressure or heat. Very poor quality.

Ordered to new radiators then had them fitted within a few months they started to leak around the welded sections of the Radiator. The rusty water has leaked onto are brand new carpets and Soak apparently do not offer a compensation scheme... They have only offered £150 and new radiators which does not cover the costs to the Plumber. The new £600 carpets are stained and they are not prepared to consider any compensation for this.. Would not use this company ever again.

Under no circumstances are my personal details to be used with this comment either on line or in your training. Your company was very good at taking our money during the ordering process but the after care was abysmal. Our shower tray was not delivered on time and then we were fobbed off with promises of delivery by both phone and email which never happened. I wasted several hours on phone calls and it also delayed our plumber. I ended up buying an excellent shower tray which was available overnight from a local company. The quality of your products is nothing special and I a man afraid I have advised my friends to avoid your company. I rarely bother to come at on service but this experience cost us money and unnecessary additional work and time. I would suggest that you have issues with the training of your after sales teams and also with your delivery side. I am sorry to write such a comment and no one individual was to blame as we got the same inaccurate advice from multiple people including an inaccurateemail promise from a senior member of staff.

I’ve been trying to call you that the mirror cabinet was chipped. But nobody answered the phone. And I sent message twice. But nobody responded. So bad customer service.

Soak will not reply to my on line queries and have not refunded a return. I have sent 3 emails and 2 phone calls and still not resolved. Plus the shower enclosure is defective.

It’s didnt make me happy, returned a item and after 6 weeks and atleast 5 phone calls eventually got my money back, really poor

Soak have terrible customer relations and you have to constantly phone to get refunds even although they email and tell you it will be in your bank following day
