Not delivered on time, one week late, hours on hold to speak to someone, had to pick up the shower tray myself from your distributor’s depot, very slow in paying 10% money back which was only done after a reminder phonecall

Shocking customer service and misleading product description. Beware! Unwanted product have to be returned at customer’s own expense, sometimes costing more than the product itself. Not clear from returns policy, unless it has been altered since.

Not delivered on selected day, when it was delivered part of the order was missing, had to make several calls to chase up missing part of order. No response to my emails, pretty rubbish service, will not be using again.

Out of 8 items you only delivered 2. I had booked a days leave from work to arrange for these to be delivered and I then had to book another day off the the 6 other items. Prior warning that the order would be incomplete would have been better so I could have cancelled the first days leave! Very annoying and cost me my holiday!

You didn’t. Your delivery service stinks. And this survey is more than two months after I bought from soak, so you are as tardy as your delivery service.

Initially we received a smashed sink, and no toilet. We weren’t informed that this had been damaged at the depot and would not be arriving with our order. We then arranged for another sink to be delivered - the person who placed the order over the phone somehow used the address from my bank card rather than my home address. Whilst on holiday the sink and toilet were on there way to my parents house, not our own. We called again! We were told it would be rearranged and that we would be sent some vouchers for all of the hassle. No vouchers were sent, and instead the sink still arrived at my parents house and the toilet arrived at our own house. It was such a hassle and still no one bothered to enclose the vouchers! We really like what we ordered, and everyone was very nice but the service actually provided was very very poor.

It was the most horrendous experience. On two seperate ocassions the goods turned up broken with one looking like it had been hit with a sledge hammer. I then advised we could not do the delivery date for the third attempt to receive the goods and this was completely ignored and were delivered anyway which had to be taken in by a neighbour which is not acceptable. I am disgusted with soak.com

Product seems to be ok so far, have only been using it for the last 4 days. Customer service absolutely shocking. My bank account was debited 3 times due to your website saying there was an error try again you haven’t been debited. When really I was debited 3 times and the money put aside in a holding account for 4/5 days, customer services did not want to take on any responsibility and just kept blaming it on the bank I spent more than 1 hour on the phone between customer services and my bank and got no where in the end, my money became available after 4-5 days of waiting, 600£ for a bath tub is a massive price to pay for your website giving out incorrect information. When it came to delivery I specifically took a day off work to receive the order as my builder was going away on holiday and I needed my house renovated ASAP as I was having a baby at the time. The day of delivery I rang your customer services again to confirm what was happening only to be told that the delivery company had decided to cancel my order. Mind you I had many many deliveries from various companies coming through as I was going through a complete renovation on my property and none of the companies had decided to cancel the delivery and wait for me to ring and find out what was happening. I was quite upset that I had taken a day off specifically for this and it was a waste of time and money. Yet again all customer services could say was we advise you not to book tradesman before receiving your order. Unfortunately that’s not how builders and tradesmen work, when a company gives out a delivery date it’s there to be kept not cancelled at the last minute, no doubt my delivery fee was refunded a whole 10 working days later but by then my opinion of your company had been formed and I make sure to warn any friends and family of the bad experience I’ve had.

I was told I would be contacted amour a delivery slot so I could arrange the builders being here to receive the pallet order but a huge pallet Arrived with no warning so I had to ask neighbours to help. Items sent in poor protective packaging. Toilet smashed before delivery and found another item shattered once unpacked. Replacement sent sent me extra bits then I needed and Soak refused to take the broken toilet system lid and extra system and toilet lid away. Said it was for health and safety reasons so I’m now stuck with a shattered system lid extra system, and chipped system and an exra toilet lid with no car to dispose of these items ad living with a toddler with new space to store these items. An utter disgrace.

I placed an order to fit at a customers house. The delivery didn’t get to me on the original delivery date as it was sent back by delivery company as it was damaged before arriving to me. I asked when it would be sent back out but no reply. It was then ladelivered 2 weeks later than planned which cost me A lot of money.

Problems with delivery. Took 3 attempts to deliver item u damaged ( & even on 3rd ‘successful’ delivery there was minor damage to item). Poor packaging & lack of care by delivery company used by Soak.com. Shame because great value products.

I ordered a sink & tap, sink arrived broken. It took a week, 2 phone calls and 2 emails to receive a replacement sink. When this finally arrived it was also broken, worse then the first. When I rang to complain I was told we had to get rid of the damaged items. We had another sink sent which was suppose to be delivered on the Friday. I received a dispatched email but no delivery after waiting in all day for the third time. I contacted the delivery company which was closed. I the rang customer service line and they could not tell me why the sink had not been sent. I had to the. Wait in again on Tuesday (due to bank holiday) to which we finally received a sink in one piece, 3 weeks after my order. No compensation has been offered for damaged goods, time delay or inconvenience. We had to pay for the plumber to return and it have a bathroom sink for 3 weeks. I will NOT be recommending this site to anyone!!

I ordered a vanity unit and when it arrived the sink top was broken. granted a replacement was sent, but yet again it was broken. On telephoning soak.com the lady I spoke with was really nice and agreed to arrange for a replacement to be sent after 31st August as we were going on holiday 2 weeks prior to this. We got our replacement sent when we were on holiday, lucky for us our son was able to check it and let us know it was ok. I don't think that 3rd time is good enough.

Shocking company, sent order to another country, then order was wrong and missing parts, told remaining products will take three days to come even though I paid for next day. Requested to speak to a manager but still waiting and that’s over two weeks ago

I put an order in that was never delivered. I then asked for a refund that took a month of chasing to receive. Annoyingly I still needed the shower screen so I had to reorder and pray you would deliver, which you did and is this that order.

Dont like that you have to pay return an unsuitable item. They take forever to answer phones. They only gave me a partial refund with no explanation. When I gave feedback they said they had no correspondence about mu returned item despite stating what my item was. I didnt put this in my feedback so they are clearly lying. They pretty much said they were covered by their T&C so didnt care. Good products but awful customer service. Will buy elsewhere in future.

Soak did not make me happy. I was given a delivery date that was cancelled due to bath not being in stock. . I was given another 2 delivery date's and also cancelled. Now I have been given another delivery date. I am a builder and this makes me look very bad, I'm 3 weeks late finishing a house refurb due to bath not been delivered. I think I will use bathstore in future unless I get some compensation I can pass onto my client.
