Nothing made me happy as products and service were dreadful

Hi, we just spent £399.00 on a bathroom unit plus another £350.00 - £400.00 on other items when the toilet unit was getting fitted the plumber damaged the big panel at the back of the toilet, we phoned up to find out how much it would cost to get another panel only to be told that we would have to pay for another full unit, as the rest of the unit and sink had been fitted that means that we will have to get another plumber (and pay him to take everything out and put the new one in) we find this a bit stupid and expensive, all for a panel, Floyd Sweeney

You have not made me happy at all. This has been the worst experience ever. Having to waiting months for replies. Every item sent damaged then to rectify the fault your 5 day policy is a joke I’ve had to pay endless bills to my plumber when things have not arrived. Then you don’t contact me back.

Product good. Waited in all day for delivery did not arrive with no message why. Resheduled delivery time slot missed ( more time of work waisted) messaged SOAK twice for refund of extra charge for delivery day... NO response. Will not use SOAK again

We were initially really pleased with what we ordered, however I had to return the shower as it was to large, sent back via Royal Mail, this was 4 weeks ago and we haven’t received a refund, when I try and call it rings and rings then cuts off, so know we are money down with the cost of sending it back and the refund and no shower, it’s a shame as we were happy with everything until this, but no I wouldn’t recommend your company as I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

products delivered damaged twice. it has caused me additional labour cost. plumber had to return 3 times due to damaged goods and delivery not arrived as planned. poor follow up on delivery time. poor customer service. no follow up from one customer service discussion to the next. had a lot of issues. this is the first time i tried out soak, and will not recommend one.

Very poor quality and fit for the amount paid, you need to be a patient installer to make the product look nice once fitted.

Ordering online was fine, until delivery of missing goods, followed by no contact as promised to reimburse costs of items not received Not happy

where do I start?? Probably with the absence of the hand basin with the order, then with the tap ordered being too small for the aperture in the basin, when it arrived, then when the replacement tap came it was the same model etc. During the delivery of the original order the delivery man managed to drop the shower package but on inspection it seemed nothing was damaged. Then I had a bad mishap with the glass panel and one got broken. Whether this was a result of the drop I do not know! But you were unable (?) to provide a replacement without ordering a complete new shower! Then when the reordered unit came you provided a new tray which was not required and so sent back! But I was still charged for the tray and after a lot of conversation etc got a refund for the tray but the amount refunded was for less than the cheapest one in your range??? As a consequence the installation took a great deal longer than it should have due to the delays. It should also be noted that the waste fittings supplied were incompatible with the existing pipework which caused a lot more delay trying to work out what the problem was before having to purchase a whole new waste system from the local plumber suppliers! So I was not impressed with your company after the ordering day! The telephone staff were polite but did not seem to have a knowledge of the products. So that caused delays with the installation. And when I asked about the return of the tap they told me to throw it away??? I was optimistic when I ordered the shower but the hassle I experienced has soured any pleasure I should get from the goods !

WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! Soak.com have absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. They refused to reply to, or even acknowledge 5 separate emails I sent relating to products they supplied. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!!

The delivery was finally made two days late despite my giving a weeks notice of the delivery day reqd. ( and paying for it to be delivered on the day requested , which has not been refunded to me as promised either) The job was then completed late , i have an unhappy customer and you have my money and clearly couldn't care less

I paid extra for next day delivery. No product & no phone call to explain lack of delivery after staying in all day. No available customer service to contact on the delivery date. Had to wait 3 further days for delivery, which meant further cost for plumber. Customer service promised a refund but I am still waiting.

The customer service was really poor - I tried 7 times to get through on the phone to make an amendment to my order, each time there was no answer for 15 mins plus, no idea of where I was in the queue. I then used the online form to request the change, and had a message saying someone would be in touch in 48 hours. I heard nothing for 5 days. When I eventually did get through on the phone, the order couldn’t be changed as it had already been dispatched. So, I had to re order, and wait for up to 2 weeks for a refund. Just really poor

Soak. com is the worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with! I don't know how you have the cheek to send this to me. I bought a bath and waste from you approximately six weeks ago and the waste was damaged. I reported this straight away by phone, luckily someone answered it! The lady said i would be contacted to arrange a replacement. I waited and waited, then tried to contact you again. The phone rings, then the music starts, 3/4/5 minutes, no on there! I must have rung twenty times until i was sick of ringing. I sent an e.mail to you and i even sent an e.mail to your customer relations team, who say they like to talk, ha ha, what a joke. I really don't know how you get any business at all, and after reading all the reviews about your procedures i now understand! I will of course be posting a bad review on your sight.
