Everything from wrong delivery date... to good not arriving then when they did finally after 2 week wait they were broken an smashed poor customer service after sales it seemed everytime I spoke to someone I had to go through the whole scenario again before they would listen an help so total disappointment

Waiting for money from exchange of item which I had to phone for 2 weeks later and then be processed even after being told it would be done from day of exchange.

Useless! Products okay, some came damaged but after the hassle with multiple delivery issues couldn't be bothered (or able for some) to send back! 4 months after installation overflow on sink has now turned black but tap and plug remain chrome!? Shower screen leeks and seal is peeling, bath screen came cracked but plumber able to repair. Raised a complaint it's taken nearly 4 months to sort! No one wants to take responsibility or actually call back, and I've been promised things which never materialize, been lied to and still no resolution! The manager who was dealing with it was nice on the phone, but never followed through and still waiting on this being resolved... DO NOT use Soak.com if you think you may need any sort of after sales support or help and are happy with okay products. Read other reviews - you'll notice anytime someone needs help the service is shockingly poor. If anyone at soak is reading this I would love a call back as ive been promised.

Firstly the products are amazing. However you need to package the products prpoerly to ensure there is no damage to the product. I recently made 2 separate orders and had to get replacements and money off my order.

The time it took for me to get a refund on a product I returned was unacceptable. It took approximately 6 weeks from the date it was returned for the money to be returned to my bank. That was after initially being told I hadn’t returned the items so I had to provide proofs of signature etc... It takes an average of 11 minutes on hold to get through to a human being on the phone and 3-4 days to get a response via email.

Lack of response to an email to replace a broken part. Had to chase. Still waiting on the credit 2 weeks after the job has been finished. The pedestal arrived smashed and when I enquired about getting a refund for the sink as well as it could not be used without the pedestal, I was informed that I would need to send it back at my own cost which was not refundable even though the original issue was not my fault. Very disappointing. As A Landlady with 18 properties whereby I am systematically upgrading the bathrooms. I will now be taking my service elsewhere and will not be recommending soak.com to my fellow investors which is a shame as the lost business opportunity is potentially great. A part I ordered was broken and it took me about three months of unanswered emails and one incorrect delivery of a replacement part to get what I neededZ

Everything that could go wrong did. Including damaged products. Poor communication resulted in a extremely frustrating experience. After sales service was slow and no urgency to recover service.

Nice items but the delivery service is an absolute shambles! I would never recommend you to a friend - if I did I would not be a real friend.

Not at all at present. We have still to receive our bath and drainage kit. The taps arrived and they’re lovely - but pretty useless without the bath! I chased this up 23 Aug and your operative said she would chase - either a problem with your operation or the courier’s. She also said it would take up to 2 working days to clarify the situation. Six working days later and I’ve heard nothing. Please could you sort this out quite quickly as I need to build my bathroom. Thanks, Stephen Gilbert (son of Avril Wallace)

Bath arive damage and send email and I didnt recived replay or refund I even send a picture I had to fit damage bath beceause I was on holiday and sombody been doing my bathroom

Bathroom suit was broken on first AND second time it was delivered. My husband had to take 3 days off work (1 for each time the bathroom was to be delivered). The radiators we ordered arrived damaged. We decided to keep them anyway as to send them back and reorder would have delayed the project and cost money to re-schedule the plumbers.

It didn’t. Items arrived damaged and received no reply when contacting customer service about it. Not what you’d expect when paying so much for ‘quality’

The toilet ejects water out when you flush it. It is also very low and creaks when you sit on it. The bamboo drawer dividers that were recommended do not fit the unit drawers. We had to pay £100 courier to return an item to soak. We then had to make at least 5 phone calls chasing the money for it. The sinks stain very easily.

Turned up without stock in the van after I had taken a day off woke to receive the delivery. Then wouldn’t re arrange for a weekend.
