I ordered a bath - it got sent with no stand. It took weeks to get them. I ordered 2 toilets. One came with the wrong seat. Basic errors. Then the remedial action failed because the driver didn’t deliver my goods. Not an enjoyable experience at all as it delayed my job.

The toilet came with wrong sized screws. I spoke to a lady who was very unhelpful who said I would need to wait for another set of screws to arrive (which I knew would be the same) and then perhaps change the toilet if that didn’t work!! Ridiculous when you have a plumber working on £300 a day. She had no dimensions etc. I ended up just buying more screws from somewhere else. Won’t use this company again.

Website was broken (unable to process my card payment) after phone order no confirmation email was sent or order progress emails. The wrong product was received. The returns process was unresponsive. Many phone calls and emails that’s were not answered. Very disappointed.

Product arrived damaged. I asked for a replacement, the second product was damaged. I was running out of time with the bathroom fitter so I offered to keep the second product but I didn't want to pay full price, they said that was fine and they would call me back with options. They didn't, just sent a third product a week later, too late. I now have a damaged product fitted in my bathroom and have to dispose of two others, with no compensation. Not happy.

Alas I have received no product neither have you emailed to say it has been dispatched . Meanwhile despite ringing you and patiently waiting on hold 3 times I have failed to speak to anyone .i must say you were very good at taking my money that was seamless

You sent the wrong tap and then I couldn’t get contact with you to sort it out. Either by phone or email. In desperation I tweeted at you and got a response. This is not good customer service!

When making my choice I spoke with a very helpful person and when I asked for specific delivery day (which was not included in 'free delivery'), had to pay an extra £27.99. Having paid this and taken the day off work for delivery, the item didn't turn up. It is then very, very difficult to get hold of anyone on the telephone. I did eventually get this refund after a long and frustrating period. One of the items had parts missing and then had to take delivery of a new one. Another day off work. Toilet cistern is so small that one flush is not enough, so doesn't really save on water. Other items were fine. I will not be using them again.

Terrible customer service. Delivery was late and short of an item. When I complained I didn’t even get a credit. Overall very poor performance.

Initial service good; dealing with faulty goods very poor. Left to dispose of faulty radiator; out of pocket for fitting new one; my complaint has been ignored; won’t use again. Avoid at all cost
