The shower looks nice but is low quality, your photographs don’t show the exposed workings and pipes, the metal is wafer thin and has sharp edges. The hand hose leaked very badly from its internal connection, resulting in 50% of the water flooding out of the bottom of the main unit. My very experienced plumber had to faff in for a long time to try and stop it and eventually had to replace the plastic part with metal parts and use hemp tape to seal it. I would have returned the shower if I hadn’t spent a £3000 on tiles and a tiler who had obviously tiled around the first fix plumbing. So unless I wanted to rip off very expensive tiles to have the plumbing altered I was stuck with it!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but people need to be made aware of how shocking soak.com is! We had problems with several products and the customer service was ridiculous! Please avoid this company.

You didn't! I've used you many times and thought your service and products were great. Then I had a product that was part delivered and broken and everything changed. You were not interested in sorting it or refunding my money. You were very happy and quick to take my money though!! I'm actually still owed for the dilivery charge, that you didn't refund me for the item I didn't get. Not happy at all.

Had to items replaced as they were damaged..One arrived ok but the toilet unit arrived again with broken clips inside. Couldn't be asked to phone up again. Managed to get clips from a cabinet maker. I won't be ordering again from you

The item was never delivered after 3 attempts. It is a new build and we have clear instructions, no other company had problems . Order was cancelled and refunded

You misadvised me on a product - this was apparent when the plumber i was paying discovered it. I was assured a suitable replacement would be sent by the next day - it wasn't. I had to chase this up and negotiate with the plumber who was waiting on this part. Eventually the replacement was sent three days later! TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!. I opted for a refund. I complained that this had cost me far more than what you refunded in wasted time from the plumber. You refunded a paltry £37 which went no where near to what this has cost me. This is why my rating is so poor.

Terrible customer service. My cabinet was not delivered, I sent at least 8 or 9 emails and got no reply. I couldn't get through to customer service and on the 3rd attempt after being on hold for 25 minutes I got through. I was told I would get a refund then but had to chase this up also.

Unit was damaged when delivered.Although it was a rear support and unseen it had cracked the carcass.

The cistern and toilet were of very poor quality. After reporting the problem the advisor replied “ this has happened before” So why are you selling poor quality products. Never shopping here again

The skin overflow has tarnished. On our previous order we made last year, our installer had to order a replacement shower head as that rusted. He has also ordered a replacement shower drain as the silver coating has started to come off and a sink plug as it no longer closes. These still have not been received. This is very disappointing.

Not happy at all. We ordered a bath, screen, panel + bathroom vanity unit. The delivery drivers didn't call as requested and the vanity unit box was damaged. It required a call from the delivery driver as the house was under going a full renovation & there was a chance no-one would be there. Our builders happened to be there & signed for it. Due to not living there there were gaps between us being able to check the delivered items. It took several calls & emails before we got another vaniry unit sent out. This was also damaged. As was the 3rd. The 4th unit had to be delivered on a certain day (last day plumber could fit it) & despite being assured it would be, it wasn't. I called up the day after arranging the delivery to check only to be told that they couldn't arrange the delivery as discussed. At no point over umpteen emails & calls did a soak supervisor call me back as promised (iirc at least 6 occasions). We finally got an intact unit delivered and our plumber could fit it. We then discovered that the shower screen had a previously unnoticed defect & this had to be replaced. After several further emails complaining about the whole and affair we reluctantly accepted a 20% refund after being told it was the best they could offer despite this not covering our plumber costs & his multiple visits to sort & install the damaged items from soak. Fast forward a couple of weeks & we've finally moved in to discover that the shower screen lets water under it. After several emails & photos later we're going back n for and after 2 weeks we still have a leaking shower screen. It's fitted properly & operates as described - it just doesn't work. All in all soak products, delivery and customer service have been very very poor. The quality of products is poor (the bath is wafer thin) with seemingly little quality control. The delivery team don't follow simple instructions & either don't care what state the goods arrive in or have a competition with the warehouse team to see who cares least. The customer service has been really poor. I've spoken to some lovely individuals who have said all the right things but ultimately not delivered on any assurances of supervisor call backs, delivery dates or sorting out multiple issues in a timely fashion. Please avoid soak at all costs. It looks like good value online but it's really not. After a full house renovation & lots of suppliers soak have been the worst by far.
