I am so disappointed with this company I would never recomend them to anyone if there was 0 star that what I would select. Never ever use them again

The bath screen was fitted and a day or so later, shattered when no one was in the house. This has damaged the bath and a tile in the process. My (very experienced) fitter has never seen this before, raising serious questions about th quality of the product. I have raised a complaint about this, which has still not been resolved to my satisfaction weeks later. Given that there were stories in the press about outdoor glass tables shattering over the summer, I would have thought a story about a glass bath screen shattering would be of interest given that there could have easily have been a person or child in the bath at that moment time. I will be contacting news outlets unless my complaint is resolved in the next week.

Delivery problems. The hose for the shower is not long enough and I am still waiting for your company to come back to me on this issue so I can raise the shower head to a normal height. The shower bath tap is stuck on shower and whilst you have sent me a replacement I can’t afford to pay a plumber to fit it. The waterfall tap on my sink has turned green. The overflow pipe has now discoloured. So I feel a bit dubious about recommending your company to my friends

I had to wait almost a month for my delivery, having taken 3 different days off work to wait in for it!! I had to call soak on 5 seperate occasions and was kept on hold for god knows how long. I was promised a delivery fee refund after waiting 10 working days for it I emailed to say the refund had not been received this email was clearly dismissed resulting in me yet again having to call you! Soak fobbed me off on the phone every time and gave me the run around, I will never order from you again!

You didn't make me happy. You removed a discount code from the basket at checkout, charged me full price for the goods, made me wait on hold for ages on two separate phone calls, while you promised me a refund of the difference, and months later, I still have no refund. Pathetic service, and I won't use you again.

I regret I placed my order for the whole new bathroom worth nearly £1300. Since I revived the order I had to return many faulty items and that is still ongoing for last 3 months. I would email and talk to after sales giving me promises after promises and yet they deliver doesn't arrive and I still chasing up. Very poor customer service. I noticed when I placed the order it was quick to respond and take my order, once received and noticing one major part did not arrive I was then told it was an IT glitch and waited nearly 1.5 month before i revived the item. This delayed my building works considerably and messed up the schedule as well as the trust with my builder. The compensation i received was nothing!!! If they soak.com was good I would order again but I will not this time as I have 1st floor starting soon. Sorry to put it so negatively but this is my experience and I guess one unsatisfied customer is probably just a drop in the sea for your pockets!! regards Muazzam mobile 07943 501 401

Took double payments when made my order!! Took 2 weeks to be refunded even tho this was the fault of soak, which made me overdrawn for 2 weeks. Never received a manager 24hr call back on more then one occasion when said they would call me back. Shocking customer aftercare

Very disappointed. One of the items ordered was out of stock and delivery date was moved back 3 times so I had to cancel it and get it elsewhere. I arranged a delivery day 3 weeks in advance arranging for my husband to take a days holiday as Soak do not deliver at weekends. 30 mins before delivery slot I was called to say could not deliver on that day . On calling delivery company I was told the items were forgotten when loading van . Found that difficult to believe as we had 21 items cost £2k . When I was told they could deliver it following week they could not Guarantee a delivery slot so husband had to take another days hols ! Really need to get a company to deliver at weekends . Would never order from them again

Everything! Obsolutely atrocious service from start to finish. 7-8 weeks of stress!! I have never experienced such a pathetic and utterly useless company. The incapabilty of staff, the severe lack of communication and the awful quality control led to me receiving 5 damaged baths!! The worst experience of internet shopping ever!! I would highly recommend that consumers thinking of using SOAK.com go elsewhere!! The only positive comment in this review would be that I eventually received a refund.
