I returned an item in person back to the soak store. The soak staff member asked me to sign a form confirming the refund then told me it would be processed the next day. A month on I still have no refund. I contacted customer services, they said they would email me back to update me in the situation. It's been 3 days and no email or refund. Very disappointed and will not be recommending soak.

Soak didn't make me happy. We had problems with most things we ordered - no bath feet sent, 2 faulty sinks (one warped, one cracked), faulty plug and sink waste, problems with tile delivery. Soak cost us a lot of money as we had to pay our plumber and tiler extra due to errors made by soak or faulty products.

I have been left a very unhappy customer with an incomplete bathroom- wouldn’t recommend soak nor use them again

Appalling after sales service. Having to wait 18 working days for a refund despite several emails and phone calls. I will never use your company again and would not recommend to anyone else. You need to step up on after sales customer experience. Do things when you say your going to do it.

When unpacked goods were damaged. Very helpful lady on the phone we exchanged photos & mails and I was told to expect a response within 48 hours. 5 days later still waiting, mails not answered, phone hold music goes on for infinity. Mailed again today, got a read receipt but still no answer. Beginning to wonder if I should go to trading standards as it is like communicating with a black hole

Soak .com sent broken sink cupboard. We want to return but they said throw it away. They didn't refund our money yet. Our old sink is continually licking.don't know what to do.

We ordered a sink and unit for the bathroom , the sink was broken when we unpacked it but because our plumber opened it after 14 days we were told you wouldn’t replace it ! Still boxed in my house !

Very difficult order, no, impossible procedure online which accused me of entering addresses wrongly. Too long on the phone before speaking to anyone and then when I did, a stroppy unhelpful individual who continued to accuse me of entering addresses wrongly even when I did while he was on the phone. Soak's system was or is up the creek. Despite countless emails, all of which have been ignored, we still do NOT have an invoice. We are now reporting Soak.com to HMRC for refusing to provide a VAT invoice which is illegal. Nothing about soak.com made us happy. A dreadful experience.

We had a faulty bath tap waterfall filler which was faulty. It was fitted correctly but due to a perished washer within the tap it caused hundreds of pounds of water damage to our newly plastered property and the cost of the plumber to rectify the problem! Getting a refund for a tap wasn’t good enough in my eyes!
