It did not. A sink unit was damaged on arrival and now the bathroom is finished, I still await a response and hopefully, replacement

My bathroom suite was not delivered at the arranged time, seems it was lost and despite several phone calls it seemed it was my problem not yours. You never did find it, eventually after I insisted on speaking to a manager it was agreed that you would send another suite which did eventually arrive - one part of which you were then out of stock of.

Ordered 3 radiators. You only delivered 1 was told other ones would be with me following day. Came 2 days later. I had a plumber on standby. Expensive delay which could If been avoided

We ordered our bathroom suite a month in advance for a nominated day of delievery, only half turnt up and when I called to you explain straight after they tried to turn the blame on me. Called and spoke to 2 people to try and get a refund and collect the unwanted items to return as we had brought what didnt arrive locally to not delay our plumber fitting our new bathroom. The first lady I originally spoke to hadnt made any notes on our order so had to go through all of the issues again a week later this women also explained we needed to pay for a courier to return the unwanted items even though the reason we was returning was their fault for not delivering all of our order. My Boyfriend then called another week later to find out about soak collecting the items and our refund and nothing had been processed again and we was informed both of these ladies were temp staff, the 3 rd women Emma a permanent staff member was however very helpful and has processed our refund and organised a courier to collect our returning items. From this painful experience i really wouldn’t use soak again as my fear would be that only half my order would arrive with only useless temp staff being unable to resolve any issue. If it wasnt for Emma we would probably still be trying to find a resolution.

I’ve never made a complaint to a company before. But here, I had to make complaint after complaint after one missed delivery and one delivery where my cabinet and personal details were dumped at a block of flats in the next town. Very poor customer service responses. A cheap cabinet was so much more hassle than it was worth.

Wouldn’t recommend Soak.com or their delivery service to anyone I know this won’t appear on their website but I believe their is a -100!!

In short everything went wrong. Please see my email to Georgina Sipson on 21st August at 19.22 detailing most of the problems. However following on from that, the goods I was advised would be delivered by special courier on the 22nd August and then my plumber was told they wouldn’t be coming after all, actually did turn up, by which time my plumber had already ordered new goods from another company costing me another £900 and I cancelled the soak order so when it did turn up it was rejected. Even though I had sent the email, not one person has contacted me to discuss. I’m absolutely disgusted with the service received.

They didn’t at all, service and delivery were appalling I certainly won’t be using them again. Even this survey doesn’t allow you to submit a review without giving one star which the don't deserve.

I'd recommend friends & family to steer clear. The product range appears great however logistics & customer service fall way short! Left very disappointed in afraid.

We had several problems with your company, starting on the pre-agreed day of our delivery. Two major items (shower tray and shower screen) were missed off and our installers were delayed by a week whilst you failed to keep to promises of delivery dates for these items. When you did finally deliver them the shower tray was broken. This led to further delays and more broken promises with regard to delivery dates. When we finally got a new shower tray we had further delays due to you sending the wrong height basin tap. We eventually had to purchase this from another company. We ended up being without a bathroom for nearly three weeks due to the total incompetence of your company. 😒

Very poor experience took 3 attempts to get parcel to me. First time item was damaged and two delivery dates with no arrival and last time when it came item was slightly damged but was able to hide it. First and last time I will use soak. Being a plumber with my own company I fit alot of bathrooms so there could have been alot of custom.

Shocking failure all round... 1st toilet, cistern and sink arrived smashed, zero packaging and no fragile labels so sent back, 2nd set arrived minus the sink, 3rd sink arrived with a huge crack, again no packaging and no fragile label, 4th sink arrived properly packaged and finally complete.... All I got from the girls over the phone was 'sorry, we'll send you another'.....never again, and definitely NOT recommended, awful service from the start.

My kitchen fitter (Andrew Graham kitchens) fitted this combined loo & sink. It took him a whole day to saw & cut it so it fitted round the toilet pipes. Door on cupboard still doesn’t open without scrapping wall so unable to tile as planned. And it’s been fitted wider than planned.

We have already had to replace 2 items, one being the entire sink unit after, due to it swelling after only a few weeks. Basin Taps rusted and blistered very quickly and the bath taps are starting to do the same. Overall quality of the bath is poor, flimsy and marks easily. The shower screen looks cheap and the fittings to it are tacky looking. Overall a big disappointment and defiantly do not recommend.

Soak did not make me happy!!! 12 days later and I'm still waiting for a member of management to call me back. Good job i didnt hold my breath or i would be dead
