Basin was smashed , bath was cracked, still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks , not happy at all .

No correspondence after order placed , Delivery charge £24 to then offer delivery within 7-10days , can’t deliver on weekend! Order cancelled

We ordered a sink, a toilet and a bath (amongst other items) and all three turned up damaged. You replaced the sink which was great, but the bath and toilet were damaged in far more subtle ways that didn't become apparent until they were fitted. Scuffs on the toilet and a corner of the bath was smashed (hidden by the "protective" plastic.) 3 big ticket items. 3 fails. Or 2.5 due to you replacing the sink with one that wasn't broken in two).

I can't believe you have sent me this email to review your company. The shower screen I ordered shattered into hundreds of tiny shards of glass when it was taken out of the box to be fitted. We have phoned on several occasions but the phone is never answered so obviously a non existent number and none of our emails have been responded to. That is why I am unable to rate your service as anything but poor.

Returned a radiator to the warehouse, no sign of a refund, no record of it being returned, had to ring every week for 7 weeks and each time they said no one had processed it but they would now process the refund- TWO MONTHS! And several phone calls to remind them I finally got a refund. Terrible!!!

ABSOLUTELY HATED IT! PLACED ITEMS FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND ITEMS HAVE NOT ARRIVED! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL BE EXPECTING A REFUND TO BE PROCESSED

Never again, sent us the wrong product and said it would be another 14 days to send us the write one. Could r get through for a least 10 minutes every day I rang to sort the product out. Had to cancel our plumber we had booked to do the job because we didn’t have the correct parts for him to work with. All round terrible service

I purchased an item from you firstly it arrived damaged when i tried to contactSoak by telephone I was on hold for 30mins at a time before i was answered then again on hold while a person checked querys i made and was promised a refund which again i spent several days and hours attempting to get through on telephone to ask why I hadn't received my refund. which I finally received back into my bank account several weeks later . So no i most certainly wouldn't recommend Soak to anyone It cost me several pounds in phone calls to Soak just to arrange collection of damaged goods which I was told I would have to pay for and more money on phone calls to talk to someone to chase my refund.

They didn't. Over-charged me by £50 and could not put it back into my account for 3 weeks. Awful waiting times on phone (20+ minutes just to speak to someone every single time). Staff all said different things about whether or not a refund had been processed and how long it would take. They NEVER responded to emails. Apologies were lip-service, not followed up with actions. Dreadful.

We had to go through 5 basin units to find one without damage, the bath had a fault around the plug - on both occasions we drove down to collect replacement items as the lead times for next day delivery (1pm) mean’t we would loose more days in productivity. On relflection, the support staff were great - we only encountered one issue of a lady in collections not happy with the fact we had declined so many basins that were faulty (checking on site) apparently they “didn’t have time for this”. In summary - the poor quality checks would deter me from recommending the products to anyone.

Delivery great when I wanted refund took 1 month had to telephone numerous times when not kept on hold for long periods then fob of with excuses.poor customer service.

I had to return 2 items 3 times due to damage. This wasnt an issue until I wanted to return an item to be told I need to arrange my own courier. Utterly disgusted
