“Absolutely terrible, messed up the delivery date, lost track of the order. Ignored me when I wanted to cancel, then showed up unannounced and so had to deliver to my neighbour. Real shame too, as the product is good.”

“When I ordered my bathroom cabinet I was told that it was ready made but it arrived as a flat pack. Please also note that this is the second time you have sent me this email and I replied to the first one as well.”

“Unfortunately first vanity unit sink was faulty and had to be replaced. Second vanity unit has blistered up in places. We have taken photos and are currently in the process of liaising with complaints Dept to get another replacement. So we haven’t actually opened the recent unit and are wondering whether that’s going to last or have some kind of fault. All in all not as good quality as I expected and not a happy customer!!!”

“You delivered my bath panel damaged and didn’t reply when I raised a query on this. I then chased and received acknowledgement on 21st Aug of a case being raised (No 491796) but no response to date.”

“Bath side panel was broken upon arrival, the image of the bath with measurements on the website was blurred so when the bath arrived it was really narrow and no collection service was available. I had to ring up 3 times to get a new side panel sent out and kept getting told next day delivery but every time I wrung nothing had been ordered on the system and also I didn’t receive the toilet seat. This was then ‘lost’ in the post and had to wait two weeks for a replacement”

“Inability to place an order on the website. When we phoned and were able to talk to someone the deal had changed. Also the cost of one item in our basket (from the time we wished to place the online order) went up twice before we were able to actually buy it.”

“Ordered bathroom unit. Always used this company before and had never had trouble with items. So I decided to not check my new item which I brought. When I checked after 2 months when coming to install. the cabinet was broken. Soakcom would not replace it. Won’t be using this company for my home projects in the future.”

“Spent £500 on a product that was £400 the day before. Did ask if I could get the same offer as the day before but very rudely rebutted. That same product is now on offer for £400 again a few weeks after. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.”

“Everything!!! wrong shower, toilet didn't flush so had to buy a new one!! been waiting since 11/07/18 for a refund and still nothing!! very bad service!!! If you value your customers you would certainly return calls, and emails, and most importantly refund money!!! spent over£1000 ,and waiting for over £500 refund...”

“can't get to speak to you. tries twice yesterday on two occasion regarding the return of radiator legs that arrived bent. I went away on holiday, left my plumber to install. When I returned from holiday he took the decission not to fit the legs as one was slightly bent and supported them on the wall brackets. I returned from holiday, thank ful he hadn't fitted them. But trying to get someone to pick up the phone is a nightmare. Any suggestions??”

“Soak was rubbish. Parts missing. Changed delivery times twice and when replacement part being sent forgot to put on van and we had to chase. Ordered various items through soak and another well known online retailer - no comparison”
