What didn’t go wrong? To cut it short... Your customer service and after sales are rubbish, you sent me out the wrong parts to my shower enclosure and after about 10 phone calls and 10 wrong parts later I finally have a shower enclosure I can use but am still missing a magnetic strip that holds the door shut. I can’t bare the thought of having to ring you back again and go round in circles with your customer service team giving them actual part numbers and still managing to send the wrong ones, so I have decided I will go and buy one as it will be a lot easier. You need to revise what you are actually selling to people and your instruction manuals as they are most in informative. I was told to drill into a stone resin shower tray which is completely ridiculous and then you say you will not hold any liability if it cracks, so you tell me to silicone it! I spoke to several people in the trade and they couldn’t believe what I was telling them. I would definitely never recommend you as a company, you caused us a lot of added stress and wasted a lot of time when renovating our new home which caused us a 4 week delay on moving in.

My toilet set doesn’t fit it looks like it doesn’t belong to it ,if I would have complained,I would have to pay to send it back so had to make do until I can afford to change it

Missing item from first delivery which was not discovered till we need to use. End panel to bath purchased and was recommended on your website to go with the bath I purchased was the wrong type and did not match the side bath panel . I phoned and was told the missing item would be reshipoed the following Tuesday. A new end panel turned up but not the missing taps! I chased again and they finally turned up on the Thursday but not before numerous calls. The end bath panel was cracked but we still needed to use it as the plumbers were due to finish. And finally we have still not been able to install the shower screen properly as the end part does not fit safely to the main part. There seems to be a wrong size rubber strip which makes the screen unsafe out Plumber is trying to find himself some rubber which fits but is struggling to do so and therefore we have only part shower screen fitted As you can see from the above I think a 2 is quite generous!

Wrong items were delivered. Unresponsive customer service. Had to take two days off work to wait in for separate deliveries and held up my builders by a week. And had to pay extra to get a new radiator delivered as the one soak lost didn’t turn up. Still haven’t received my money back. Awful!!

The delivery didn't come when it was supposed to. No one would give me an update when i rang up. And when I asked to speak to a manager I got an email back 28 days later asking how they could resolve the problem

A number of items were damaged or broken or were an incorrect delivery - do not recommend. Refunds also late.

The first radiator was lost or damaged in transit however it took the admin team a week to get DX to stock check before they would agree to send a replacement , the replacement then wasn’t despatched on the day promised so delayed the next delivery last when we were leaving for holiday, knowing this we asked for the delivery name and address to be changed so it could be delivered whilst we were away- the name was changed but not the delivery address so the first delivery was redirected, we then had to wait a week before the next delivery and asked for the name to be changed so the delivery would be accepted, I then received confirmation that it had been delivered to sn5 7ex under the wrong name but delivered none the less. We flew back in that day so went straight to the sn5 7ex address to find it hadn’t been delivered there but the other address at sn5 8yg that I had requested but told we couldn’t have because we would have to re arrange and wait till another day. I am not sure where the blame lies whether with soak or the delivery company however it was ridiculously disappointing that it took over 3 weeks and numerous phone calls from ourselves to get 1 radiator delievered. We had to cancel the plumber twice and have been unnecessarily stressed by this lack of service or quick resolution. I don’t think it is appropriate that we had to chase to resolve the issue and that no one helped or kept us informed of progress till we had complained several times.

Items not delivered damaged when arrived. Wrong item sent as replacement, further replacement damaged.

On three occasions our toilet was delivered broken, finally was offered delivery charge as reefund and then a 5% discount, don't think was sufficient but just wanted the ordeal over so excepted.

Told you the lights on the mirror didn’t work. Initially very impressed when told you’d send out a new one and we’d then be disposing of the original. Weeks later nothing has arrived, presumably it will not

We ordered tiles through you with other items. You emailed to say they would be delayed but the new date you gave us was still in time for our bathroom to be done so that was ok and we didn’t mind. However that date arrived and we had heard nothing so I called your customer services only to be told the tiles were delayed again and would be another......2 months!!! Which would mean one month after our new bathroom was being fitted. How come you didn’t tell us sooner? Would you have told us at all if I hadn’t called to chase things? You only left us with 4 weeks to source tiles from another supplier, order and arrange delivery. You offered us a miserly £29 as compensation for the inconvenience - this didn’t even cover the additional delivery charge for using another supplier. We haven’t even received this or the refund yet so it’s lucky we had some spare money available to order new tiles because otherwise we would have had to cancel the bathroom fitter while we waited for you to give us our money back. 5-15 working days is a joke! It certainly didn’t take you that long to take my money for items you could not supply. Having work done in your house is stressful, no one needs the additional stress of suppliers who let you down and do not communicate. We would never use you again and would never recommend you. I have already convinced a work colleague not to order from you for her bathroom
