They did not make me happy. I ordered a bath which. Was meant to come with a panel. The panel never arrived. It took multiple emails and lots of time chasing to get it sorted out. Nearly 2 months after soak took my money I finally received my bath panel. Customer service people tried there best but communication between departments seems non existent. Would not use again.

Took 3 delivery’s numerous phone calls and emails to get everything I ordered, everyone seemed to deny all knowledge of what was missing and why, if I hadn’t unpacked and tried to peice together units I would have no idea what was missing until my carpenter had started. Second delivery and I noticed still there was a basin missing and I hadn’t been told, 4 phone calls and I found out it had been smashed, WHY DID NOBODY just inform me and rearrange delivery. So stressful when I order a vanity unit with one code I had no idea how many boxes and parts it would come in so how am I meant to know if I have everything! I asked for a gesture of good will and was told maybe we could sort something about delivery charges...it was free delivery...I give up.

Shocking throughout. First order the delivery team dropped the bath, smashed it and needed to send another one. They also forgot the shower on the first delivery On the second time of asking they delivered the bath, but forgot the shower again. The delivery team on this one sent a text late at night with a small window, without me agreeing to a time All annoying as I needed to be at home from work as they didn’t do a weekend or out of hours slot Customer service useless as you use an independent company, so I had to try and get hold of them (I would recommend changing these) The bath also has a blue stain on it, but I couldn't be bothered to deal with soak any longer Quality of products other than that fine

Very poor communications, 5 items damaged in transport. In general, very poor service and would not buy again from Soak.

A complete farce from start to finish. Lost my order with courier, couldn’t replace for weeks. When the time for replacement came said it was delayed yet again and then, the next day, dispatched it. Took many, many weeks to get a refund for something never delivered and had I not rung every week and hounded them for the return of my money I wouldn’t have got it. I would not deal with this company again under any circumstances.

I telephoned because my vanity unit was delivered with a damaged door, but I was outside the 2 weeks as I didn’t open the box and then had to install it there and then. I was advised I would be contacted by a certain team as to my options moving forward, I was never contacted again, this was about a month ago.

The toilet seat was sent twice but we were at work could have been left with nueghbor both off work but taken back. It's a toilet seat ! Not your fault but not impressed

I tried calling a number of times as an item was received faulty. Couldn’t get through. Emailed the day of the item discovered as damaged in transit, no email reply. Finally got through months after and got a refund- but this service was not good enough. It is a shame as I have ordered from you before and really like some of your products!

Delivery was delayed by a few days, then was later than scheduled on the day it arrived. The bath had been damaged in transit so had to be sent back and I am yet to receive a refund despite repeated chasing. Soak are absolutely useless - avoid.

Explained multiple times now. Didn’t get order complete then twice it came broken. Had to go elsewhere after a lot of wasted money and time

I ordered a bath on a named day delivery service. It didn’t arrive on that day. When I called to find out where it was I was told it would arrive 4 days after the named day. After several calls to speak to a manager I finally got a call back and discount was offered in compensation. Rubbish customer service until finally speaking to a manager. He dealt with the complaint well.

They didn't, the experience was not very good. I did not end up with my product and customer services were not very helpful and found myself having to talk to serial agents before the matter was resolved.
