I can’t tell you how you made me happy but Soak certainly made me unhappy. Still awaiting a toilet I ordered on 2nd August. It’s close to the 2nd of September. Regrets about choosing Soak.com and wish I had paid more attention to some of the comments around delivery problems and items not being delivered due to being ‘cracked’ and sent back. Note I had to call Soak customer services to find out what was going on... from which they told me nothing had been done since my order was sent back due to it being faulty

Soak made me very unhappy and stressed. Damaged goods, lost replacement item and delivery on the wrong day. Absolute nightmare and ended up being costly in time and labour.

Parts missing and this has still not been resolved. Impossible to get hold of on the phone too.

I ordered sample tiles they never arrived no emails from Soak so I had to phone Customer Service but was bounced to the independent tile supplier. They said they had notified Soak that one of tiles was out of stock and said it was down to Soak to deal with/notify me and not them so was bounced back to Soak! I asked Soak for a refund for the sample tiles I had paid for and to this day two months later nothing no refund or any tiles delivered. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!! Will NOT be using again! I am also just having my whole Bathroom remodelled but will NOT be buying anything from Soak!

Parts missing. Bath panel become cracked after two showers. Toilet seat already wobbly after 2 weeks. Sink detiriated already. Awful quality. Will avoid at all costs in the future

Order 2 items and only 1 was delivered then was hassle to refund and buy again as both items were needed urgently also payed for next day delivery

The product is fine I commented previously about the deliveries arriving damaged You offered me £46.00 Which I’m grateful for,however you asked me to contact you for reimbursement. I was unable to talk to the person concerned and was told she would call me back once off the call she was dealing with. No one else could deal with it. I’m still waiting for the call. Prrhspyou can ask someone who can deal with it to call me , or alternatively credit my card. On the up side everything I’ve had from soak.com has been of decent quality.

Have contacted you numerous time to cancel one of the radiators in my order. THe order came and i didn’t not receive what I requested to cancel, however have also not had a refund. And no communication. I have called numerous times and messages and had nothing.

Worst customer service ever!! Every person promised and failed to deliver, full of incompetent staff. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Finally got my money back for all goods
