Item damaged waited for item for two days no delivery

I really like the website, but the product I ordered was too big when I tried it and the high delivery costs to return - ie you don't provide a returns service - means that I'm now stuck with a mirrored cabinet I don't want. This just means that unless I am 100 per cent sure of a product (which I rarely am) I would be reluctant to use you again. It is offputting - not being able to return.

Within less than a month of our vanity unit being fitted it was warped due to water damage! As it is made for use in a bathroom you would expect it to be able to cope with water! You did replace the vanity unit but only agreed to a partial refund towards the cost of having this refitted

You lost the radiators when they were being delivered, so they were delivered 4 days late - creating great inconvenience with my plumber. It took me about 5 phone calls to resolve.

Damaged bath and bath panel. Still waiting 6 weeks on for a refund on the bath despite emailing twice. Delivery drivers couldn’t give a f@@k.

We contacted you as one of the 2 items ordered was damaged. You said you would send a refund for the item and asked for us to dispose of it. We to date have received no refund from you. PayPal have now opened a dispute. We’ve been palmed off at every interaction since just being told “it’s been refunded” even though we have proved it’s not been received.

Absolutely terrible, after a month of not replying to my e-mails it turns out that the items had been returned undelivered to Soak but nobody could be bothered to investigate this or answer my e-mails. Avoid.

Delivery was wrong three times. I was promised some compensation for my abortive plumber costs but was ignored every time I contacted you.

Nothing could get delivered to the date that I was given so cancelled the order and I had to phone to see if it was to get delivered before hand to be told it won’t be on time

The product was faulty and it took 5 deliveries to rectify the problem. My case was ‘escalated’ but no one got back to me. I was seriously inconvenienced and out of pocket at the end of my dealings with your company. In the end I had to settle for 10 % off my order which in no way compensated. A truly awful and frustrating experience!

They haven't particularly, previously ordered a sink, which has cracked over 3 years. Now ordered a new one in a unit, the unit doors do not meet so there is a gap and the pot sink doesnt fit the unit properly, unfortunately we have only just opened it so cannot return. please respond to feed back.

It didn't. A product was damaged. Refund was agreed. Refund was £20 short and my emails where not responded to.
