sent a number of emails for call backs with no reply, 20 mins on hold to get thru to your customer service team, refunded incorrectly, won't be using your services again

horrible experience. Products are fair and quality is also fair for the price, but the quality of customer service is beyond poor. Would advise all people to go elsewhere, the products from places such as Victoria Plum are just as good but with better customer service and a more seamless returns process.

I was sent a wrong and very cheap bath instead of the more expensive one I paid for, when contact Soak it took them over a week to deal with my case, by then the builder had already completed the installation of bathroom (using the wrong cheap bath).

I received 3 damaged shower trays and the 4th was lost in transit. I wanted to speak with a manager but no one was available and was told I’d receive a call back but of course I didn't. I requested a refund and was told it would take 10 working days but still no refund after the 10 days. I had to contact the customer service team once again to chase up my refund. All this really did cause delays and a lot of inconvenience.

The delivery was fine except for the damaged and badly packaged bath. We then had to consistently chase at least twice a week for a refund to be sorted, after nearly 8 weeks we got a part refund due to someone making an assumption about a discount code- had to chase again 3 tines for the full refund to be paid. Serious lack of customer service if anything goes wrong.

The products were poor quality, fitting was a nightmare. Three separate items returned as faulty. Next day delivery a joke, a week more like it. Spent so much time on phone would never use again.

Missed item, repeated failure to resolve and unhelpful customer services - very disappointed and ended up with additional costs for plumber cancellation...Twice!!!
